This newly refurbished 1x bedroom apartment is located in a beautiful private Georgian building right in the heart of central Dublin. The apartments open plan living room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Here you can kick back and relax in comfort after spending the day exploring Dublin. The modern kitchen comes with all of the mod cons and appliances you need making meal preparation at the apartment quick and easy. The sofa in the living room opens out to form a double sofa bed allowing up to 4 guests to stay in the property. For home entertainment, the flat screen TV is hooked up to an Android Kodi box which allows for a nearly unlimited amount of content to be streamed on demand. The bedroom is a good size double with 2 comfortable single beds. There is plenty of storage and wardrobe space in the bedroom for guests to hang their clothes and belongings. The bathroom has a shower that pumps out plenty of hot water.

Located right in the heart of the city centre the location of this apartment can not be beaten. Walk out the front door of the apartment and everything you need is within walking distance.

Good location. Nice flat. Awful bathroom.
The apparrtment had a good location and there was everything we needed. God information about everything in the app. The converted coach Into a double bed was to small for 2 grown up people. The bathroom had a smell of mold and there was a crack in the roof where it was dripping water.
Thank you for your review Mikael. Unfortunately, we have had a leak in the apartment above us in their shower. The builder has been out and looked at it and the bathroom roof will be getting fully repaired in the next few days.
Very handy Dublin base camp
We enjoyed our stay here. The front door is just a few steps from the (# 757) Airlink express bus to the airport, both coming and going. More bus stops are a short walk to the other side of St Steven's Green. Groceries and restaurants were convenient, too, as was the occasional pint. A great location for exploring Dublin, either on foot or via public transportation. Recommend wandering aimlessly to see what you run into.
Clean, convenient and quiet.
The flat was in a great location, across from St. Stephen's Green, but walkable to City Centre. It was relatively secure. Clean. The beds were comfortable. No frills. To get a 5 star, please provide softer, newer sheets and towels (they were a little like camp linens), and make sure the TV will receive local programming clearly. Otherwise, the space served its purpose admirably.

I weathered blizzard 'Emma' at this location and felt welcome and at home. They are professional and welcoming hosts. Clean, updated, checking in to see if I was ok during the storm as well.
The location is superb. The apartment is on the 3rd level of an old building. It has been completely renovated. Clean, modern.. from the heating and lighting and kitchen to the awesome hot shower. Towels, sheets and beds are good. In spite of the city centre location it is quiet and has secure entry. At street level you have a friendly deli cafe where you can get breakfast, coffee nor a sandwich. Highly recommend. i suggest you contact them directly at Dublin City Rentals. VRBO is a problem.
It simply doesn't get any better than this when it comes to location. Step outside your front door and you are right at the entrance to St Stephens Green public park and right in the heart of the city centre. Everything you could need is right on your doorstep, café's, restaurants, shopping, pubs and tourist attractions. Dublin's main shopping district of Grafton Street is located a mere 2 minute walk away. The location of this property means no car is necessary as everything you could need is within walking distance.
