The perfect place to relax! This 2BR/2BA condo is located at the St. Simons Beach Club resort. Located on the 4th floor, this property offers all of the amenities of home - just a few steps from the ocean. This property has just been completely renovated offering a tranquil atmosphere with fresh new finishes. Tile flooring throughout, comfortable new mattresses in the bedrooms, new high quality linens, 65 inch TV in living room, new furniture, washer/dryer, and spacious balcony to smell the salty air, and enjoy the ocean view. The brand new well stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, and marble back splash. Both bathrooms have been beautifully updated with new tile showers, marble countertops, and custom cabinets. The amenities of the Beach Club are second to none on St. Simons. The property includes garage parking with secured entry, a large oceanfront pool, a kids pool, two hot tubs, elevators, tennis courts, business center, work out facility, onsite bike rentals and more!

RENTER REQUIREMENTS: For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that Roland Daniel Properties rents to responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY.

DOWN PAYMENT/ PAYMENT: A reservation can be confirmed with a 50% down payment paid by credit card when the reservation is made. Full payment is charged 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. The credit card must have an expiration date that extends beyond your stay. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is due to confirm the reservation. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card.

BALANCE PAYMENT: If no other payment is received 30 days prior to arrival, we will automatically process the balance to the credit card on file. Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. We can keep the balance payment on the same credit card used for the initial payment, you may contact us to provide a different card.

DAMAGE POLICY: Every reservation requires a $49 damage protection policy (“Vacation Rental Damage Plan”). This Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check out. Full details of coverage are outlined in the reservation agreement guest will receive upon making a reservation.

ARRIVAL TIME: Check in is at 4 pm. An early arrival may be arranged for an additional fee, pending other reservations, availability and the housekeeping schedule. Please contact us within 48 hours of your arrival to make these arrangements. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check in time. NO EARLY CHECK-INS WILL BE APPROVED DURING HIGH SEASON (MEMORIAL DAY THOUGH LABOR DAY) OR HOLIDAYS.

DEPARTURE TIME: Check out is at 10 am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the property for any incoming guests. A late departure may be arranged for an additional fee, pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule. If you have not arranged for a late check out, you may be charged $50 for each hour beyond 10 am you are still on property, at a minimum of one hour. If the property has not been vacated by 4 pm, a fee equal to the rental rate of 1 night may be assessed in addition to hourly fees. NO LATE CHECK-OUTS WILL BE APPROVED DURING HIGH SEASON (MEMORIAL DAY THOUGH LABOR DAY) OR HOLIDAYS.

CANCELLATIONS: ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE IT MAY NOT BE CANCELLED WITHOUT PENALTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN. Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. You can credit your full down payment toward a future reservation, or we will refund 75% of your down payment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 30 days notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. This loss can be avoided if CSA Travel Protection Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.

CHANGE IN NUMBER OF GUESTS/CONDUCT OF GUESTS: Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. Unauthorized people at the property at any time will result in a double charge for each additional guest, and loss of any security deposit, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges. The rental is not intended for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. Exceptions are made on an individual basis - please contact Roland Daniel Properties for prior approval. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these charges and so the property can be prepared appropriately for your group. No exceptions or refunds are given for changes in the number of guests after your arrival.

CLEANING FEE(s): A non-refundable cleaning fee is required with all reservations. This fee is for our housekeepers who dust, vacuum, sanitize, clean linens and towels, maintain and remove refuse from the property. Guest(s) are required to follow all check out procedures detailed in this agreement and leave the property in the same general and good habitable condition it was in when the Guest(s) arrived. Undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the property shall be charged to the Guest's/Cardholder's credit card as an Additional Cleaning Charge at a rate of up to $50/hour, with a one hour minimum. This also applies to the property exterior, grounds, BBQ grills, and pools/hot tubs (if so equipped).

LINENS & TOWELS: Bath linens, bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided. We do not provide any linens or towels for outdoor use. DO NOT take the property's linens or towels to the beach. Bring items with you that you may need for pool and hot tub use, sunbathing, and other outdoor activities. Please allow us to wash the property's linens unless you need clean linens during your stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By completing a reservation for this property, you are agreeing to the "terms and conditions" of the Reservation Agreement that will be emailed to you for electronic signatures after the reservation process is completed.

An awesome beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home! It was nicely decorated, easy to find, safe and well located. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed searching for sand dollars at low tide. St simon’s is a must see southern destination and your home put just the right touch to it. Thanks so much! Only recs would be to include the code for the beach access and pool bathrooms in initial email communication.

The property was as beautiful as depicted!

We really enjoyed our stay! The entire facility was fantastic.

However, the multiple security codes for entering the property, and the room, and the pool/beach access and the pool side bathrooms was a little annoying. Access code for the toilet...really?

Upon our arrival the code for our room entry was invalid. The staff were helpful enough in getting us in. We then learned the folks at Roland Daniel, the company through whom we had rented the property... had elected to not send us an email alerting and updating us of the change. In this day of electronic communication this was really a truly unnecessary inconvenience.

Again the property was excellent!!!! We had a great stay!

The check-in instruction email was sent, and viewed by you, on June 22nd with the door code provided along with the necessary gate codes. Great condo!

everything was perfect! condo was beautiful, nice and clean, just as pictured. pool and beach access were easy, super convenient to shops, grocery, etc. Condo does have a parking garage, but if you are in an SUV be aware spaces are tight, but there is parking outside in front of the building.

Community is gated and all codes worked perfectly:-)

Kitchen had everything you needed and coffee maker can do either k-cups or full pot.

all in all great enjoyable week at st simons island!

Family Beach Vacation (with toddlers)

This unit was a great spot for our family of four (2 adults and two children under the age of 3) beach vacation. The condo was clean and completely updated. The location was fantastic and beach was clean. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Fantastic condo, beautiful area. Fabulous vacation!

Nice condo! Clean, spacious, comfortable! We stayed 4/9/17 to 4/15/17 and enjoyed it tremendously. My husband for our entire 30 year marriage has refused to go to a beach in the states (he toured while in Navy) because he felt they were too many tourists and not maintained, etc... He finally decided to try it and totally enjoyed himself during our stay! He is planning our next trip and can't wait to return to the laid back, restful atmosphere. All in all, the condo was fantastic, Beth Witt, manager is very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay completely! I would give a higher rating if possible, but 5 stars are the limit so 5 stars it is! Thank you for an absolutely beautiful vacay!
