This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of this historic 1863 Greek Revival Mansion. It is very spacious, with original hardwood floors, completely new kitchen with all wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a night in....but who comes to NOLA to stay in? We have the best food in the WORLD!!! We are in walking distance to over 50 restaurants!

The bedroom has a brand new Queen bed and a 32" flat screen LCD TV.

The living room has a very comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, two leather recliners and a 32" flat screen, LCD TV.

We are located 1/2 block from world famous St. Charles Ave, known for it's many beautiful mansions, and the streetcar line, ready to bring you to the French Quarter, Audubon Zoo, WWII Museum and anywhere in between! 4 blocks to Magazine St.

We are less than 2 miles from the French Quarter, 1 mile from the Morial Convention Center, 1 mile from Mercedes Superdome and the New Orleans Arena!

This location can not be beat!!!!

About The Owner

We have been married for over 18 years. We do everything together including work together! I am very Blessed to have married my best friend!

When we're not working, we enjoy staying very active. We love going to all the festivals that New Orleans has annually. When we're not in New Orleans, we love going to the beach in Gulf Shores, it's dog friendly! (check out my other VRBO listings) or just relaxing at home with our 3 rescue dogs! Rescue is very near and dear to our hearts!

Nice neighborhood

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. It was really nice having access with a digital code rather than lugging around a key. It was nice having access to a washer dryer (dollar in quarters for dryer). The only thing I wished it had was a better functioning lock on the bathroom door. I also would not recommend this place for individuals who have trouble with steps. Otherwise, it was a great place.

This was a lovely place in a good location in the garden district. Walking distance to historical homes, cemetery, and donut shop. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped .

Perfect getaway

I took my husband to New Orleans, his favorite place, for a surprise birthday trip! This was a perfect apartment in the Garden District, just a short walk to Magazine street and a short Uber or trolley ride to the French Quarters! The apartment was also clean and tidy- we felt like it was our home away from home!
