Family Vacation with Adult children
Properties location was perfect! There are pubs, stores, tub stations and more with in walking distance. The property was very spacious and the amount of rooms were perfect for our crew of 7. The only issue we had was with the hot water in the master bedroom. We all ended up sharing the hall bath for showers. Our first day there the tube workers were on strike so we just stayed in the area and had to wait to go into London until the next day. It was a great vacation and would stay at this property again.

fabulous birthday celebration in London
The house was perfect for celebrating our son's 30th birthday in London. The five bedrooms easily accommodated our group of six adults. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Glouchester Road tube station was conveniently located three blocks away. Restaurants, a grocery store and coffee shops were plentiful in the area. Safety was never a issue. Our week went by in a flash. The kitchen was tiny, but we only needed it for coffee in the morning. We ate most of our meals near sight seeing locations. Earls Court was a short walk away with additional shops and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to our one call. Could not have been happier with our home away from home.

Adequate stay w/ a large group
Property wasn’t quite as nice as the pictures but was clean and comfortable. Stairs were steep and had a protruding nail that could have been an issue. Jason was very good w/ his communication w/ me. Location was very good. We could not find the outside bins to place our trash upon leaving but Jason was very understanding. Would recommend this place for others In spite of having to request my deposit refund. Most confusing issue I had was that my initial reservation was through Hone Away but my payments were through Stay Beyond. Hopefully this location will choose one booking group in future.

Fantastic central location in London
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were a party of 9 total - 5 adults and 4 kids, ages ranging from 4 to 71 years old. Positives: The communication process with the property coordinator was fantastic and the check in/out process was seamless and very easy. The flat is affordable, especially given the location, which is VERY hard to beat. We were able to walk to the Gloucester Rd shopping/restaurant area and underground station in less than 5 minutes with a grocery store (Waitrose) at the top of the station for quick stops to/from our apartment. The Hop-on-Hop-off bus network runs right by the apartment as well. From the Gloucester Rd station, you can hop on many lines and reach Victoria Palace Theatre (Hamilton), Piccadilly Circle, South Kensington, Tower of London, Kings Cross Station, Buckingham Palace, Paddington Station, etc. So easy! The kitchen was functional for what we needed - quick breakfasts and coffee in the morning and a snack/cocktail in the evening. There was sufficient room for our large group and fans in every room, which was MUCH appreciated given the summer heat. Some things to consider: There is not a bathroom on the bottom/ground floor, which was a challenge for those staying in the ground floor bedroom. The staircase to the upstairs was quite steep, which made navigating this for our 4 year old and 71 year old a bit challenging. I would not recommend this unit for very small children or those with accessibility needs, as they MUST be able to go up the stairs to use a bathroom. The kitchen was very small and not very suitable for cooking full meals (definitely not for a large group) and the refrigerator could have used a baking soda/odor control device. For the length of our stay, more towels would have been appreciated, as the quarters are close and the towels were quite used by the time our stay was over. Washing towels on our own was an option, but there is not a dryer and in the humidity, it would have been impossible to dry them. We would definitely stay here again given the location! Thank you for the accommodations in London!
