About Theresa Jacobs
Hi, from Jeff and Theresa! We love Seattle and live in the neighborhood with our English Springer Spaniel, named Dublin. We're originally from Michigan and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2012. We spend our spare time camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
Theresa Jacobs purchased this Cottage in 2012
Why Theresa Jacobs chose North Beach / Blue Ridge
We lived in the beach house for several years. We enjoyed that it felt very removed from the noise and excitement, but was still just a short drive from everything we wanted to do and see. We found the home and environment truly relaxing.

Lovely cottage with an amazing view
We had a relaxing stay at the cottage. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the boats and seals. The house is lovely inside, and we enjoyed cooking in the nicely stocked kitchen. Our 1 year old loved watching the trains- and they weren’t load enough to wake us up at night. Check in was easy. We’d definitely come back!
Beautiful views, cozy cottage, great location!
Stunning views are obviously the highlight but also loved the cozy feel of the home! Loved that it was on a nice quiet street away from the hustle bustle of downtown, but also not too far of a drive!
Adorable cottage with amazing views!
This cute little cottage was the perfect place for our stay as we took our daughter to UW. It was so close to everything, but when we were there, we felt far away from it all! The view is spectacular any time of the day. It was so relaxing and our kids loved the modern ammenities and the view and the trains! It had everything to make it feel like home. Thank you for the fantastic stay!
Quaint, great views from the deck.
very clean, great views, trains petty regular, but we enjoyed them.
Sweet cottage, amazing view.
We loved our time at the North Beach Cottage. The views are spectacular from every room upstairs as well as the roomy deck. It was a great place for our dogs, too. The trains that run just below took a little getting used to but within a couple of days we barely noticed it, except to count cars. Thank you!
Gorgeous little cottage with beautiful view of Puget Sound
Very comfortable and had every thing we needed. The only thing that was disturbing on the 1st night was the sound of train passing every 12-20m way pass midnight, 2nd night was a bit better, less frequent. Appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into preparing the home for the guest!🙏😇🙏
