You will feel at home and comfortable in this spacious and crisp South End furnished apartment with thoughtful amenities of historic Boston. The bedroom is large and contains a queen, Tempurpedic style bed plus a trundle bed (a single bed and a mattress in a drawer under the single bed that can be made into a king bed). The living room is comfortably spacious and also serves as a dining area next to the small, full kitchen. Hardwood floors with area rugs, throughout. Children welcome. Back Bay Amtrak and subway stations, as well as Copley Square and Tremont Street’s trendy restaurants and theaters, are quick walk from this lovely apartment. All linens and kitchen items provided. No breakfast provided. There is a kitchen.
In winter we rent this apartment monthly unless it is short notice.

This apt. Is very well equipped and comfortable. It is in a great location with lots of amenities close by. The corridor park is lovely and a pleasant walk to the train station. Highly recommend this apartment
Very pleased with our stay
This apartment is a wonderful place to stay, and is indeed charming. Very close to two subway stops, easy walking even with luggage. The brownstone is on a very quaint street, and quiet day or night. Noise is not an issue at all. We found it to be much larger than anticipated....we had more than enough space, plenty of seating, and the kitchen is nicely furnished with all that we needed. Storage is also not an issue, the closet is very large and the dresser would hold more than enough clothing for an extended stay. Just around the corner is a full service grocery store, liquor store, and plenty of varied restaurants. I have no complaints and no suggestions for improvement. I encourage any potential renters to seriously consider this apartment. To the owners: thank you for your hospitality!!
Awesome. Charming, quintessential Boston experience!
We loved staying in this lovely brownstone unit in this quaint, peaceful neighborhood. It felt safe and clean as soon as we entered the short tree-lined street and saw a few young children riding scooters around. So many things within walking distance: restaurants, grocery, Duck Boat tours, Prudential Skywalk, Hertz rental inside Sheraton hotel (which we got on our last day as we were moving on). The only thing I might suggest is that you bring an eye mask if you prefer sleeping area to be dark since the window sheers in bedroom don't filter street light out well. We'd definitely come and stay again. Thank you!
First time in Beantown
Location is fantastic and makes you feel like a local. Easy access to everything. Place is very charming and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Perfect location and wonderfully comfortable
Great location especially if you're going to concerts at Symphony hall or Jordan hall. Great restaurants nearby; close to Copley Square; next to peaceful pedestrian walkway known as Southwest Corridor full of community gardens and songbirds. Very comfortable beds. Second bed is a very comfortable day bed w trundle.
Convenient and cute
Boston is known for historic attractions and landmarks, like the Freedom trail, Quincy Market, Revolutionary war displays; charming neighborhoods; world renowned museums. Beautiful parks and outstanding dining and shopping. The unit is in the heart of all of this, along a lovely, quiet street .

Guest will pay occupancy tax (10-15%) if taxes are imposed. This amount will be automatically processed on your credit card when /if taxes are imposed. LONG TERM: (One month or longer) The required minimum number of months (from the 1st month onward) is non-refundable. Additional months over the required minimum are non-refundable if cancelled less than 2 months prior. (Note: Any dates we re-book will be refunded.) Months must be rented consecutively. Minimum $100 fee. 1/2 month security deposit ($500 if just one month rental)
