Even downtown Charleston is less than 10 miles from your driveway!

The open floor plan from kitchen to living room will maximize your time spent with family and friends, and the 'backyard paradise' - complete with outdoor lighting, water fountain, fire pit, gas grill, mini-fridge and TV - adds to the space available for your enjoyment. This home is fully furnished and stocked with anything you might need during your stay. Features include: fenced in backyard, cable and protected wifi, 48" Smart TV, Play station 2 with Blue-Ray capabilities. Keurig Coffee Maker, laundry room with washer and dryer. Avid travelers both locally and abroad, our own experiences have shaped our desire to provide a vacation rental that is not just a place for others to stay, but rather a "home away from home," that can help to shape a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Why Mike chose Mount Pleasant

Come for a Visit, Stay for a Lifetime. We heard this charming phrase during our first visit to Charleston; 5 months later, we were here to stay! After having rented for a few months while we searched for a home to purchase, we settled on this one. It was the perfect compromise of that 'quiet beachy feel' and all of the conveniences that downtown Charleston has to offer.

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with the balance that this home helped us to achieve; it was the perfect space for us to start a family in, yet it's simplicity afforded us the time to get out and enjoy all that this amazing area has to offer.

Convenient to everything!

The home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was more than fully equipped with plentiful kitchen utensils, linens etc. It was easily accessible to beaches ,shopping, restaurants and Charleston!

Excellent Overall Experience

The location was fantastic in terms of distances to downtown Charleston as well as a more than a handful of amenities around Mt. Pleasant. The house itself is very spacious with tons of patio and lawn space surrounded by a large wooden fence that made the space feel very private and relaxing. Overall a great experience!

Great hospitality and beautiful community

My Friends and I had a get together and this property was best fit for our needs. It has a perfect size backyard for small gatherings. It’s a short drive to Charleston and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.

Mike welcomed us with a wine bottle and thank you card waiting on the kitchen table and he was responsive to all my questions. He gave clear instructions of everything required and the house had literally everything you need!

Ideal location and comfortable home for a family trip!

Mount Pleasant is the perfect area for a Charleston vacation. The quiet subdivision is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. My daughter-in-law commented on how clean the house was. My son-in-law said the beds were extremely comfortable. My husband loved the smart TV. My two year old grandson just loved the outside area where we held his Easter egg hunt. My favorite spot was the fenced in outdoor patio area where we enjoyed many meals together. We had the most beautiful weather for our visit . . .I believe Mike will guarantee that for you!
