We’re up on the hills of San Pasqual Valley, in quiet neighborhood, with several boutique wineraries, and just minutes from the North county Westfield mall, with several restaurants, shopping! We are also just 5 minutes from the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Every Friday night, you can go to downtown Escondido and enjoy classic cars at our Cruisin Grand events, and we’re just a 20-30 minute drive to LEGO land, and beautiful Southern California beaches!, Sea World and other San Diego attractions about 30 minute drive.

This was a nice, spacious house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Just a couple minutes from stores and restaurants. The lot is set in a way to offer plenty of privacy in the back yard pool and patio area. Homeowners were very pleasant and accessible. Hope to stay there again on future family trips.

Please NOTE: Thre Refundable Damage Deposit is for any excessive use of jacuzzi propane use. All guest may heat the jacuzzi that utilizes less than 20% of propane per 7 night stay, however, propane may not be used to heat up the swimming pool. Owners will show guests how to turn off jacuzzi properly and propane % available at meter, to ensure to ensure deposit is returned promptly after its determined that no excessive usage.
