My wife and I have lived in Edinburgh for over 30 years now. We have 6 teenage/twenty something children and have lived in our Town House in Northumberland Street for almost 7 years now. Most of the 'children' have now left home and so we decided to convert the Garden Flat into a completely self contained flat suitable for holiday/business lets. It is stunning and is the sort of place that we would want to rent if we were visiting a capital city ourselves. We would like to think we have thought of most things which will help make your stay comfortable and special. We even have an available garaged car space nearby for an additional charge if you wish to take your car with you.

The property is quite unique for the letting market in Edinburgh in that it also has it's own private and self contained garden as well as a garaged car space nearby (for an extra charge). This architect designed garden, which has also recently been developed is accessed directly from the kitchen/dining/living areas via large glazed double doors onto a stone patio area. Outside tables and chairs as well as bench seating are provided for guest use as is a gas BBQ (gas supplied). The garden is lit too so can be used in the evenings. While we do not condone nor encourage or even allow smoking in the property, smokers are welcome to use the front or back garden areas.

Spacious and comfortable
We had a fabulous time in Edinburgh and staying here made it easy to enjoy ourselves. Checking in to the apartment was easy. There are two small grocery stores within walking distance and restaurants if you want to eat out. The apartment has plenty of space, everything you need as well as a lovely outdoor area. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us and we didn't get to make the most of it.
We walked all over Edinburgh and it was so nice to come back here at night and relax. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Lovely place to stay
What a lovely place to stay. Plenty of room for two couples. Loved the heated bathroom floors. The flat was well heated throughout. Very quiet yet closed to town. Thank you for having us.
We have a garaged car space available nearby for an additional cost if this is required. This needs to be pre booked to ensure availability.
