This modern and bright flat is a perfect base to explore the city, right next to Termini station - where you can find connection to every part of the city you will be able to reach Rome main sights in no time!
Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautifully renovated 1 bed flat in an excellent location: right next to Rome's main station Termini where you will have all kinds of transport links and it is walking distance to the city center as well.
The apartment has a really spacious and bright living room which has been recently decorated with elegant touches. There is a comfy sofa that can be converted in a double bed and accommodate two extra guests.Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen TV. There are plenty of channels for you to enjoy. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out the delicious goods at Mercato Centrale right inside Termini station.
If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional Italian Espresso in the morning!
The master bedroom is spacious and has a lot of natural light, it has a double bed with a brand new mattress and plenty of space for guests to share their belongings.
Finally, the property also benefits from a modern bathroom with a large and relaxing shower. The bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Interaction with guests
My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are management service team who know Rome like the back of their hand! I trust them to look after you and give you a warm welcome! If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch through the dedicated platform.
The flat is very near to the beautiful and characteristic Rome's Monti neighborhood that is a collection of art galleries and enoteche (wine bars) just to the east of the Colosseum. And after a lengthy phase of urban re-organization, it is a mecca for young tourists traveling to the Eternal City.
Bordering the Esquiline district, it is also just a stone's throw away from the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore (with its unique Cosmatesque flooring) and from that of St. Peter in Chains, site of Michelangelo's glorious sculpture of Moses.
The flat is just few minutes walking from Termini and from San Giovanni Cathedral and 20 minutes walking from the Colosseum so it's excellent if you are searching for relax in Rome. In Termini you have the metro A & B so you can choose where you want to go, and there are a lot of bus stops just in front of the station that go everywhere in Rome, but please be careful with the pickpockets there. From Fiumicino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 40 minutes (48,00€) or you can take the Leonardo express train (14,00€) or you can also take the Train FL1 to Fara Sabina and get off at the Termini Station (8,00€) and from there you are just 4 minutes walking to the apartment.
From Ciampino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 40 minutes (45,00€) or you can go to Termini station by bus (45 minutes, 6,00€ per person) and then just the same as before. If you’d like to go to San Peter’s Cathedral you have to arrive first at Termini station taking the Metro A (red line) for 6 stops, getting off at Ottaviano Station.
For Spanish Steps you have to arrive first at Termini station taking the Metro A (red line) for 3 stops, getting off at Piazza di Spagna Station, otherwise it is 30 minutes walking .
To see the Colosseum, you just have to take the Metro B (blue line) for 2 stops from Termini station, getting off at Colosseo Station, otherwise it is 15 minutes walking and it's really a nice walk in the area. If you come with the car remember that to park on the street if there are no lines or just white lines, it will be free. If you park on blue line you will need to pay at the machines on the street. It’s 1,00 €/h and it’s free on sunday.
