About Steve Ferrante
After living several years in Colorado, we now live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia. We love to explore our surroundings and travel overseas to do missions work. Though now miles from Colorado, we love to return for our own personal vacations and look forward to making Colorado our home once again upon retirement.

Why Steve Ferrante chose Estes Park
Estes Park has always been the perfect get-away from the busyness of life – whether for a dinner out or an extended stay. We absolutely love Rocky Mountain National Park, the incredible mountain views, and the serenity of mountaintop clouds and birds. The townspeople are so friendly even the elk want to come into town and spend time with them! With nature at your back door and Denver only 90 minutes away, it is the perfect location to enjoy the quiet yet close enough to go into the city for the day. The first (and repeated) response we had to seeing this condo was, “Wow!” The vaulted ceilings and huge windows make it feel like nature and the condo are one. Because the condo development only consists of 6 duplexes, the area is quiet and allows wildlife the confidence to stroll right up onto the property. You can fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the Fall River and wake up to the sun rising over Deer Mountain. This condo is the perfect combination of modern amenities and mountain lodge. It is minutes away from downtown Estes Park and less than 1 mile from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. You will see why we refer to it as our haven.

Really loved the cabin. One of the nicest rentals we have done anywhere. It was really well thought through, with necessary items throughout the cabin. We really appreciated having the "creature" comforts like extra blankets in the living room to cuddle with, basic spices and cooking needs, as well as simple things like tissue boxes, trash bags, and dishwasher soap.
We would highly recommend this rental.
Great winter base
Rented this place for a long weekend to celebrate my parents' anniversary. Explored Estes Park and RMNP, and this place was a great spot from which to do both.
The area was extremely quite, everything was clean, comfortable, and in great shape. The ONLY things we agreed the place could use was a nightlight for those using the upstair bathroom at night and a brush to clean the grill... really rough, right?.
It's a wonderful place surrounded by wonderful places.
Had a great time at Estes park. This was the perfect amount of space for 6. We were close to town and RMNP. Spent the days hiking, snowshoeing, sledding, visited the Stanley hotel, went to local shops. My kids even rented snowboards and went to hidden valley. Beds were very comfortable and the condo very clean (which is so important to me). Great space for my teens to spend time together on their spring break from school. Enjoyed the view looking out to the creek watching the snow in front of the fireplace. Saw deer and some wild turkeys. Didn't want to leave!
We had a blast. The accommodations were wonderful. Great place, location, and view. Make sure you have a four or good front wheel drive car for the snow. Wonderful time.
Staying here was not only easy as far as use of the home, but was so comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen is beautiful and very well set up. The bedrooms are wonderful and the master shower is big and great! Probably the most memorable piece of the House is the HUGE picture windows overlooking the gorgeous mountain and wildlife as the walk through the yard and creek out back! I’d HIGHLY recommend this Home to anyone!
Very relaxing & comfortable
This house is beautiful and nicely decorated. All of the beds are very comfortable. We loved our stay here. We saw a huge elk outside the front door one morning...amazing! My only complaint, like the others, is having to strip beds, empty garbage and wash and dry towels when paying a large cleaning fee. This is very unusual. We did not enjoy sitting around waiting for the washer to finish despite using the quick cycle.
