This contemporary design loft apartment located in Barcelona's trendy Sant Antoni district offers maximum comfort for establishing your home-abroad.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a bright space, open to the street and to a courtyard. The living room is spacious and cozy with designer furniture and decorated with carefully selected details, it has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people, as well as a 40 HD TV. A safe box is also available. The double bedroom is integrated in the living room but isolated from it with delicate curtains providing the room with intimacy. At the other end of the apartment there is another bedroom with two single beds and a balcony overlooking the street.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules included) and all the kitchen utensils you need to feel at home. Iron and ironing board are also available. Wifi, of course, is also included with a router to the apartment only.
There is a nice and cozy bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
If you are visiting Barcelona either for holidays or work this is an excellent accommodation solution at an affordable price.
Note: If any of the guests are elderly or disabled person, please note that to reach the elevator (and also to get to the apartment from the elevator) you have to take a small staircase of about 10 steps.
The apartment is located in the district of Sant Antoni, one of the trendiest areas in Barcelona, but at the same time highly safe and quiet. Within the Eixample area, you will find a wide range of amenities and services: good restaurants, stylish bars, cafes, museums, supermarkets, markets, banks, pharmacies, gyms, etc. . Right in front of the apartment building is located the wonderful Joan Oliver Library with a park outside where children can play safely. The legendary Sant Antoni market, one of the oldest and most popular of the city, is located just 100 meters.
You can walk to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya in about 10 minutes from the apartment. Besides, you can also reach Plaza Spain (Trade fairs/shows centers) in only 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Thanks to being located in such a central point, you can reach the most outstanding points of interest in the city (whether tourist, business or cultural) by foot or by using the wide transport network located near the apartment:
Bus: several lines within 50 meters (13, 37, 120 , 121, 20, 24 , 64, 41 ) to reach every part of Barcelona.
Aerobus : 150 meters you can take the bus to the airport ( A1 -A2) .
Metro: L3 (green ) Poble Sec , standing at 100 meters, and L2 (purple ) Sant Antoni , also 100 meters.
Nitbus: you also have the bus on the night service 50 meters far.
How to reach the apartment:
The apartment is not far away from the airport. By taxi you can get there in less than 30 min.
You can also take the Aerobus in the airport till Plaza España, and then take the metro (L3, green line) until Poble Sec stop, which is located just 200 meters from the apartment. It could take around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
If you fly to Girona Airport, then you can take a bus direct from Girona Airport to the centre of Barcelona. All journeys on this route are coordinated with Ryanair arrivals and departures. The bus will leave you in Estació del Nord in Barcelona. From there you can take a taxi to the apartment (faster way, approximately 2 hours) or take the metro L1 (red line) in the stop "Arc de triomf" until "Universitat" and there, change to the L2 (purple line) until the stop "Sant Antoni". All this can take you approximately 3 hours.
Important for check in:
To confirm the exact time of check-in and to avoid unnecessary delays you should call us at +34 932 200 247 when you are at the airport or at least 20 km away from the city. In order to avoid delays please provide us with your flight number.
Spanish laws forces us to have a copy of the identity card or passport of all the guests staying in the apartment. You must submit photocopies and bring them the day of check-in. You can also send us the copy through email.
