Fully furnished and fully stocked, including linens......Please bring your own Beach towels/Beach blankets....1000 sq. ft. .. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed, full bathroom with sliding door shower, the other has twin over twin bunk beds with an additional. full size bed, 28" Smart TV (sorry no Cable on this one) but there is a X-Box 360, its own bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Outdoor shower available to wash off the sand from our beautiful beaches. While the unit CAN sleep 6, I don't recommend more than 4 Adults I want you to enjoy your stay, AND BE COMFORTABLE!!!!........Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach and board games are all yours to use, including a gas grill with extra tank of propane .Washer and dryer are in the garage. Parking available for 2 vehicles, ( Oversized vehicles may be a challenge, if not sure ask!!!) Side deck for watching the boats in the marina. Blu-Ray DVD, 48" TV with Roku and Cable TV / High-Speed Internet included....
