Enjoyed our stay in Dillon

  • 3 of 5

Condo is as advertised, beautiful views but somewhat dated. Was comfortable but after all day of skiing was a bit of a hike up the 3 flights of stairs (no elevator). Nice accommodations for 2 couples and nice facilities. It is a bit of a walk in the snow to hot tub but not too bad just need to know that you are about a block away. Good location to free bus and we enjoyed dining at the Arapahoe cafe, very good and easy walking distance.

Unit could use some minor repairs/updates. Front door could use weather stripping (drafty) and door lock was difficult at times to lock. Overall a good value but nothing fancy.

Wonderful place! I really enjoyed the beauty and the convenience!

  • 5 of 5

This is a very convenient two bedroom place with a beautiful view. The deck is nice and large and the condo is well appointed. Some people have commented in their reviews on the furnishings being dated, but I think they are fine and would describe the style as old fashioned homey Colorado a very relaxing feel. The TV is certainly big enough for anyone and the couch is huge. It's on the third floor and you notice the altitude while you bring up your luggage, but after that's done it's nice to be on the top floor. I would definitely stay here again. So convenient to town. The rental manager, Katie, is very, very easy to work with and goes above and beyond.

Great Location!

  • 4 of 5

Nice condo in super convenient location, well equipped with everything you need for a ski vacation. Would definitely stay there again!

Older front door lock / key takes a bit of wiggling to lock / unlock but you figure it out after the first couple times.

New Years 2018

  • 3 of 5

I stayed with my kids to do some skiing.

On the plus side - The condo has a great view and is centrally located near Breckenridge and Keystone.

On the minus side - The shower had limited flow, the decor is dated and the heat was on full blast in the living room. The hot tub area was getting renovated, so we didn't get to use it.

Compared to other condos in the area, I think it is an "economy" option for those looking to spend more time skiing or hiking and don't care about amenities.

Owner's Response: We appreciate you recognizing the view and location to 6 major ski resorts as amazing. We feel the photos you saw when choosing the condo reflect the decor accurately. Regarding the heat and the shower, we wish you had reached out to us to fix the issues while you were still there to enjoy rathering than only commenting on it after the fact. These were issues we had not been made aware of before and will be addressed. The hot tub was an HOA renovation that turned into a nightmare for owners and guests and beyond our control. That is why we reached out in advance letting guests know it was under construction. THE CLUB HOUSE IS OPEN NOW. Thanks!

Great place to stay in Dillon for riding the snow at Keystone/A-Basin. Had everything we needed, plenty of room, and is walking distance from restaurants in Dillon. Would definitely recommend!
