Charming apartment with amazing views
This is a charming apartment in the heart of a tiny mountain village with lots of walks directly from the front door. It was a beautiful retreat with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children.
We were met by Silvia, who showed us to her house and left us with plenty of supplies (including delicious homemade cakes). The village is delightful and there is a small shop and a restaurant close by. Silvia gave us many suggestions as to where to visit though we spent most of our time on local walks, which were well sign-posted and easy to find. There are lots of activities close by including canoeing and bike hire. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for simple cooking.
One tip - the parking is outside the village and it took some time to get our large estate car into the space.
We loved our time here and would definitely come back!
Thank you I hope to see you soon.

Bel paesino a 5min da Spoleto
Bellissimo paesino immerso nel verde, adatto per chi vuole staccare la spina e rilassarsi nella natura.

Proprietari disponibilissimi, ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi nella natura.
The house is located in the ancient village of Castel San Felice, immersed in the green of Valnerina. The village is very quiet, safe and without car traffic that must stay just outside the country. But close to you there are plenty of activities to do. The Black River at the foot of the village (150 mt away) offers long walks, rafting, canoeing or canyoning in the nearby Marmore Falls (40 km). A long cycle path crosses the Valnerina, both for mountain biking and road bikes. It is also a popular area for motorcyclists, thanks to the road that meets both roadblocks and enduro bikes. There are many sites of historical interest to visit nearby: Abbeys, Churches, Museums and Art Galleries. Spoleto, Trevi, Foligno, Assisi, Todi, Perugia can be reached in 10 or 50 minutes by car or train: cities rich in cultural and gastronomic interests.
Every year in Spoleto, between June and July, there is a "Spoleto Festival", a dance, theater and music festival. In Perugia, in July, there is Umbria Jazz where the biggest names of this genre have concerts. In Foligno, in June and September, there is the "Giostra della Quintana", a medieval reminiscence; so as in Bevagna in June you can relive the trades, the arts and the medieval cuisine with "The market of the gaites". In the months of September, October and November you can take a tour of cellars (famous Sagrantino Road) and oil mills to taste new wine and oil. On this occasion in Montefalco there is the characteristic Feast of the Harvest. Castel San Felice is a strategic place to visit the most interesting places in Umbria.
