Front Terrace and Large side and Rear Garden with all day sun for sun worshippers and 2 communal pools just 1 minute walk away.

Centrally placed within easy walking distance of the famous Playa Flamenca Saturday market ,Playa Flamenca commercial centre,La Florida and La Zenia Boulevard shopping Centre where you will enjoy discovering bars restaurants and designer shops.

A 20 minute stroll brings you toone of the many beaches in the area and the orihuela sports centre is just 5 minutes away.

The apartment sleeps 4 (1 double and 2 single beds) and comes well equped with British TV ,wi fi, dvd player and Nintendo wii ,air conditioning to lounge and bedrooms .A wall mounted safe ,washing machine ,fridge freezer,towels and bed linen,large family bathroom and a large private patio area.

The communal pool is set in gardens n there is private parking and also plenty of parking on the street outside.Furniture is available for the beach with towels and an umbrella and also a brick built charcoal BBQ for you to use.

Airport transfers can be arranged and the cleaning fee is included in the price.

Why Mark Ridout chose Orihuela

No more than a 15min walk in any direction to find wonderful bars and restaurants .An easy walk to the shops /supermarket and Saturday Market too. You can walk to the beach but we would recommend a car and taxis are very easy to get hold of.

The beautiful seafront promenade at Torrevieja is just 10 mins away in a car and well worth a visit as are the local beaches of Campoamor La Glea and Mil Palmeras and Horadada.Categena and Alicante towns at worth a visit to if you want to explore further a field.Closer to the property they are many bars and restaurants all within walking distance and very reasonably priced.There are also go karts and quad bikes on the sea front.During the summer months jet skis and inflatables are available for hire at many of the local beaches.
