Excellent place to stay

  • 5 of 5

This apartment was actually larger than it looks in the pictures. Very well stocked, thank you so much for the wine and snacks, definitely helped get us through our stay.

Very clean;and the location can't be beat. While it's close to the action, it's far enough away that one can sleep.

Only two things I would suggest. Please get some sharp knives. While we didn't do much in the way of cooking, it would have been nice to cut up some fruit and veggies. My other problem was that I was often cold.

Thanks for the stay and I would recommend the condo to visitors to NOLA.

Great getaway place

  • 4 of 5

Enjoyed the location and amenities that this apartment provided. Used the owners suggestion a parked our car at a garage within a block. The mattress on the Queen Bed had seen better days. Never would have known I was in “the party town “ due to the perfect super quite atmosphere of the apartment.

The perfect place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

I was traveling for the American Chemical Society research conference and brought my husband and two of our friends. The condo is absolutely beautiful! It was perfectly situated for me to walk to and from my conference as well as for us to explore canal street, bourbon street, and the french quarter! Everything was very clean and both the sofa bed and main bedroom were very comfortable. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to NOLA!

Great space, location for longer stay

  • 5 of 5

We rented this apartment for a five-night family vacation. It was perfectly situated in the French Quarter, but at a short distance from all the debauchery (allowing for restful evenings). The apartment looks a lot smaller in the photos. It is actually quite a large one-bedroom. There is a very comfortable sofabed in the living room, which you can leave open without crowding the room. The apartment is well appointed, very clean. The owner generously stocks the apartment with wine and snacks. There are plenty of dressers to unpack your bags and feel like you're home. We cooked throughout our stay, and the apartment ws well equipped for this. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. It was a great base from which to explore the city. In the heart of everything.

Home Sweet Home—Comfort and Convenience Combined

  • 5 of 5

After staying in a different condo in this building, we knew we’d love this one, too. Loving care is obvious in all the little touches in this clean and spacious condo. We were especially pleased to see something that’s missing in so many places we’ve stayed in while traveling that truly is a blessing for weary feet—an ottoman. Ahhhh! Everything we needed and more was provided (the comfy furniture, full kitchen and bath, and washer/dryer, a fridge stocked with wine, water, and soda, and a variety of snacks and chocolate were much appreciated). The location is perfect, secure and close to the streetcars and anything in the Quarter or elsewhere. We’d like to thank Mike, John, and especially Sonda for their responsiveness to our needs and look forward to returning as soon as possible. A week is simply never enough when in New Orleans, especially when we know we’ll be returning to this condo.
