Located in the heart of the fishing village of Chaloklum, the villa is directly on the white sandy beach of the village, from where you can walk to the beautiful beach of Malibu beach without leaving the sand.
Chaloklum Beach, the main beach of the northern village of Chaloklum is expanding to meet the expectations of tourists. But the fishery trade is still there. It is essentially a Thai fishing village that has not yet been affected by tourism.
There are several good Thai restaurants serving tasty fresh squids and other fish from the local fisheries, but the place is also lively with the opening of trendy bars and cafes, including Cafe Del Mar, a club / bar outdoors in the village.
Around Chaloklum stand some wats (temples), the most interesting being the Chinese temple located on a hill overlooking the bay, near the village. This temple is well known and has some beautiful Chinese Buddha Kuanim Jaomae sculptures.
The city offers very good Thai seafood restaurants. The bars are mostly small and simple, frequented mostly by locals and fishermen, but many of the resorts and bungalows offer good cocktails in a casual beachside atmosphere.
