This newly constructed two bedroom/ two bathroom townhome is conveniently located directly on Main St., Breckenridge across the street from the Breckenridge Ski Resort and Breckenridge Free Ride bus station.

This townhomes has 3 levels. The main level of the townhouse is an open space floor plan. The living room area has comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV. The open, fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops.

The master bedroom/master bathroom are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private, master bathroom, and a smart TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful, stone shower and a double vanity. On the bottom level of the townhome, is the second bedroom, The second bedroom has captain’s bunk, twin sofa sleeper and a TV. Location, Location, Location

Hard to beat the 100 paces (maybe!) to the gondola. We did it with kiddos no sweat. We parked the car and didn’t drive it once. Perfect for our quick family get away.

What a gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is an absolute gem. First as others noted it is immaculate. Like even the baseboards were spotless. Everything is updated nice cabinetry newly remodeled bathrooms nice furniture. Linens were nice quality and spotless. The location is superb it’s behind the management storefront so you are fifty steps from Main Street but it was still quiet and peaceful. Mgmt team was welcoming and helpful. It also has a dedicated parking spot which is a rare treat in Breck downtown. Spot is ten steps from your front door making unloading easy.

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Great location right off Main Street and across the street from the gondola. Also right across the street from the Quandary shuttle. Clean. As advertised.
