Hi Patty! I just wanted to write a quick note and thank you again for helping us out today- we are very grateful for your generosity and you made a long day with a couple of little ones so much easier on us!

We left the condo at about 7:45 or so and turned off all lights, closed all windows, emptied the trash and ran the dishwasher as you instructed.

Thanks again for everything! We will be in touch the next time we come to Kauai- we really enjoyed the condo!

Very nicely situated property.

Very nicely set up and organized rental property. You are 5 mn walking distance to the Ocean with swimming and surfing access. Within 15mn walking/driving to some very nice restaurant.

Wonderfull stay, will be returning to it.

Beautiful Condo - well worth the price while staying in paradise!

This was our first time to stay in a VRBO condo. We were pleasantly surprised over the spaciousness of the unit. We so enjoyed staying in this condo for a week to celebrate our silver anniversary. The beach and area restaurants were easily within walking distance. The condo was equipped with many extras (i.e. beach towels, swimming pool toys, etc.) along with the kitchen also being well equipped, allowing any leftovers to be enjoyed the next day for lunch.

An added bonus was in the mornings while eating breakfast on the balcony. We were joined by the birds who obliviously had been spoiled by many others. They knew that it was a common practice to be fed! (Be sure to have some bread on hand!)

The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful!

We highly recommend this unit to stay while vacationing in Kauai!

Tropical Paradise 🏝

Location! Location!Location!

We had a fantastic time staying at 121 Kahala!

Very nicely appointed condo with all the comforts of home. Beautiful view of the ocean from the condo dining area. Pool, hot tub and tennis courts right outside the door. An easy 5 minute walk to Brennecke Beach for boogie boarding with a grassy park next to it. To the right/west is beautiful Poipu Beach. Every morning we went for a walk and saw sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seal sleeping on Poipu beach! Poipu Beach has a protected area for children to swim and a great snorkeling area by the sand island point. Walk past the point and there is a good swimming area and bobbing in the ocean swells! Walk in front of the Marriott and more beach and swimming to enjoy!

Also next to the condo is Kalapaki Joe's... a fun very casual place for Happy Hour ... many kinds of beer on tap and chicken wing deals!

Walk about 15 minutes to the left/east from Brennecke Beach and meet the trail to Shipwreck Beach/Grand Hyatt and the big rock! Climb to the top of the rock and continue the Mahaulepu Heritage trail to Makauwahi cave and more secluded beaches/Gillin Beach. You can also get to these beaches and cave by bike or car via a dirt road past the Grand Hyatt.

Lots of shopping and eating places within a 15 minute drive! Fantastic Farmers Market Wednesday afternoon at the Shops of Kukuiula!

We loved staying at the condo, relaxing on the linai and being so accessible to so many activities! We will be back with our family members next time !!!

Excellent location, close to restraunts, beaches and sea wall walk.

We spent 6 weeks in your beautiful condo, it was very well stocked and decorated beautifully. We were very happy with the location, so close to many good restraunts, the beaches, the sea wall walk old Koloa town for groceries and the local farmers market just a few steps away. The weather was great only 2 rainy days. We enjoyed the whales, sea turtles, land tortoise’s and monk seals. The option of having 2 lanai’s, one sunny and one shady was great. Patti is a very attentive owner, any questions or concerns we had which were few she dealt with immediately. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Kauai.

Perfect location for perfect stay

Having never visited Hawaii, nor Kauai, we trusted we would have a great visit,. With owner Patty’s guidance we found ourselves in the ideal setting on the sunny south shore at a central convenient location to visit all of Kauai. Walking, biking, swimming and snorkeling just outside the condo door allowed us to tackle a new adventure every day. Even an unexpected emergency room visit to treat a dislocated finger couldn’t disrupt our activities and relaxed stay. You won’t find any better accommodations or value for a romantic stay.
