Overlooking nature reserve built to high specification throughout communal pool

This quiet development is 20 minutes from Gibraltar, and 1 hour from Malaga and Jerez, with its own swimming pool and gardens. Ideal for summer holiday rental, our apartment is on the ground floor with views across a nature reserve and River to the sea and Gibraltar. The development is in the Marina area of Sotogrande within walking distance of the marina, restaurants and bars, tennis and the beach. World class golf courses are within 10 minutes drive.

Sleeps 6. The apartment is on the ground floor with private garden and splash pool. It has three bedrooms (one double and 2 twins) each with its own bathroom fitted to high quality with Roco and Grohe fitments. Air-conditioned, fully equipped, with wifi, satellite and cable TV, and in a secure gated community. Underground parking for 2 cars.

For self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped with Neff appliances: dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine.

The living room has seating for 8 people. The dining room accommodates 8 with seating for 6 on the terrace

Ideal golfing venue: Valderama, San Roque, La Reserva and Almenara golf courses are 10 minutes drive with many other newer courses also close by.

Fantastic holiday 👍

I stayed at Ribero Del Rio for 9 days in June. It was fantastic. A beautiful and very spacious apartment with a luxurious finish. The development was very well kept and secure, with added benefits of underground parking and 24-hour security gates. We enjoyed walks to the marina and dining out in the local town. All in all, a great holiday 👍

Just returned from a fantastic week at this apartment. The owner was highly efficient in terms of providing all necessary information regarding keys/TV/mechanics of the apartment and local areas of interest. Apartment is very well laid out, 3 generous bedrooms and bathrooms.

Exceeded all our expectations

The property was very spacious, clean throughout and comfortable. All the bedroom suites were really lovely, individually private with fantastic layout and excellent wardrobe space. The pool & communal space were delightful, well maintained and very clean. Short walk to bars and restaurants, made this an overall excellent holiday and planning to return.

Excellent apartment

Our third stay in this apartment and still as great as the first! Clean, quiet, spacious and safe. Very easy drive from Gibraltar or Malaga airports. Lovely walks close to apartment and so many unspoilt places inland, within a short drive away. We were here with our youngest child, visiting family and had a fantastic week. Just wish it could have been longer.

Ideally located close to the marina and beach club in sototgrande. Close to Valderama, Almenara and Royal Soto golf clubs as well as many local courses. Convenient for Gibraltar. Malaga and Jerez airports on the Costa del Sol. Water park, polo, water sports and tennis clubs all nearby. Take an afternoon out to Puerto Banus or a day out to Marbella or Malaga. Further inland a day trip to Ronda is well worth the time. Sotogrande is a great base for an overnight trip to Seville or Granada.

Golf: Valderama, San Roque, La Reserva and Almenara golf courses are 10 minutes drive with many other newer courses also close by.
