My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed one-bedroom condo. Great view of Cruz Bay, walking distance from shops, restaurants, ferry, etc; concierge services provided 24/7, covered parking included. Made it so easy to arrive, and immediately start enjoying an island vacation. Hassle-free as every vacation should be.
Great trip again, beautiful beaches and sun
Perfect for the 3 of us. Really comfortable and portable beach chairs. Love the walking distance for dinner options.
Grande Bay Resort - ok
The unit we rented was on a highest floor on the top level. We prefer to stay at the lower level for quick access to street. The unit was fine, with fairly updated furniture. Our refrigerator was not cold at all, and ice maker did not work, apparently the power surges had damaged them.. Needless to say Crandall on St John, brought us a new mini fridge. It was not a big inconvenience since it was in the last days that we needed a refrigerator. Hopefully the guests coming in after us had a new fridge put in before they arrived. The upper level backs up to local residents houses, so there were some chickens that were a little noisy early in morning. Would rent in lower level next time if we decide to come back. Water is beautiful as usual, but there is no shade on the beaches due to hurricane damages. The coral was damaged badly, and bleached out. We love to snorkel, so we enjoyed the fishies that we saw. I think it will take several years before St John will be as lovely as it once was.
