St. Simons is in the middle of a great golf area, with numerous golf courses in the immediate area.
Savannah and Jacksonville are located only one hour away, for great shopping and sightseeing.

This unit is managed by the local owner. Other than a cleaning fee, there are no other fees ot taxes............
Claudia is a retired school teacher. Jim is the retired Port Director of Customs - Brunswick, and recently re-retired as a Instructor at FLETC.
The Owner purchased this condo in 1990
Claudia purchased the condo mainly for family vacations.
We had a wonderful stay. Owners Jim and Claudia were very gracious and attentive to our needs. This is a great vacation location with plenty of room for visitors and overnight guests. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the village with all the great bars, restaurants and shops. Th local residents and service personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Also a great location for golf, historical tourism, day trips to the very interesting surrounding areas, and scenic drives around the island itself with its absolutely beautiful natural features. We would definitely return.
Our family just returned from a month long stay at the Royal's condo. We had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable and conveniently located condo. Our visit was perfect; the condo was well equipped and met all of our needs with it's wifi services and washer/dryer. The condo is tucked away in a quiet location but just a short walk to the pier. The Royals were gracious enough to call us during our stay to be sure that we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family and anyone who wants to stay on beautiful St. Simon's Island.
This is the 3rd year I've stayed at this condo and will definitely return again. It is 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, beautifully decorated and very clean and updated more each year. We love the front patio at this condo, great place to enjoy morning coffee! The pool is very close to the condo. This condo is also
walking distance to the village for great restaurants and shopping. We usually drive to the beach (Coast Guard Station parking) because St.Simons has the cleanest bathroom facilities I've ever seen. There are bicycles available at the condo to ride the many trails throughout St. Simons. I definitely recommend this beautiful condo.

This was our 2nd stay in your wonderful condo, helping us to escape the northern winter. Your "snowbird special" for 3 months was very much appreciated. The condo offers a wonderful venue for anyone wanting to experience the beauty and charm of St. Simon's Island, my wife and I would highly recommend it. I would like to add that Jim and Claudia are very responsive to any need that might arise and are always very concerned that anyone staying in their condo has a wonderful St. Simon's experience.

My family and I have been visiting St. Simons for over 25 years, usually at least once a summer. This vacation will be one of our most memorable. We loved the location. Although it is very close to all the activity at the pier, it is tucked away in a tranquil area. We found the condo to be all we expected from the pictures and discriptions and more. The owners, Jim and Claudia, were most helpful in making sure that we had a comfortable stay. I would definately recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice island vacation and we have plans to stay with the Royals at their condo again.
Thank you, Jim and Claudia, for a wonderful 2 month stay at your Village Green condo. The photos showing your rental were accurate and actually, did not do justice to the condo. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was nicer than the pics showed. It was very clean, well maintained, and we could tell that a lot of care went into this rental. It was a short 15 minute walk to the village, so we got our exercise exploring the restaurants, boutiques, shops, fisherman's wharf, and the library only a short distance from the condo. We were also just a short drive to the public beach, grocery stores, churches, points of interest, drug stores, gas stations, and restaurants. I enjoyed having my coffee on the deck as the sun peeked through the old oak trees hanging with Spanish Moss. What a great way to start the day. We were fortunate to attend a chili cook-off with over 20 different participating entrants. Also, a huge craft fair, and both of these events were, again, just a 15 minute walk to the village. With no vacancies for parking a vehicle, it was nice to know we didn't have to find a parking place at all. This close proximity to local events made our stay especially memorable. So much activity going on, and all within walking distance. We couldn't ask for better owners, and Jim and Claudia were very helpful in making our stay special. For anyone who wants a great location, along with a wonderful condo, this is the place to stay! We would rent this facility again in a minute! There was a condo swimming pool across from our rental, and so quiet at night. A pleasant place to stay and away from the hubbub of the night life. We loved it.
