Villa Rosita - Spectacular Oceanfront Getaway with Jacuzzi, Gym and Games Room

Situated right on the majestic Balinese coast, away from the Kuta's noise and Seminyak's crowds, is Villa Rosita, a deluxe beachfront villa that will leave you utterly mesmerized. Villa Rosita exudes luxury, and promises a magical experience for all.

Villa Rosita has six spacious bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom) and a 7th bedroom with twin adult sized bunk beds as well. It also has a private fifteen meter infinity pool, a large, lush garden, a private gym, a jacuzzi, and a huge patio that greets you with a dramatic open view of the sea.

The amenities all match the standards of the villa. We offer a chef on the premises for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (guests pay for meals - cost of ingredients + 20%). We can also easily arrange for personal trainers, yoga instructors, and masseuses (please reach out to inquire about prices). There are also housekeeping staff and a night security team included in the price.

So, enjoy meals with your private chef, work them off with your very own personal gym, and unwind in the evenings with a massage from your very own professional masseuse. Relax in the pool, or sample local delicacies in the outdoor dining area, or simply absorb the beauty of the majestic crashing waves right in front of you.

We think it is helpful to provide a Pros and Cons for all our villas, so here they are for our lovely Villa Rosita:

Pros
- All rooms have just great views, either magical views over the infinity pool to the ocean in the distance, or to the rear of the villa, there are great views of the central volcanoes of Bali. All rooms are similar quality and two can be set up as twins or doubles.
- Great Facilities. Group jacuzzi by the pool, and also a private one in the main bedroom. Pool bale with lounge and dining for up to 16 guests. Separate gym and games room building.
- All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, great views, and TV with library of 5000 movies.
- Very experienced in-villa chef (Wayan) providing restaurant quality meals for a fraction of the normal price as just groceries + 20%. Most guests just stay at the villa for their whole stay.
- Lots of space, with large beautiful gardens, two lounge areas and two dining areas in the villa itself as well as the media room lounge as well.
- Easy access - we are just under an hour from the airport, and it is dual carriage way almost the whole way, making almost all areas of Bali easily accessible.
- Great staff and service. Full housekeeping. Experienced English speaking manager can help you organise trips and tours or in-villa services such as massages, yoga etc.

Cons
- Tegal Besar (where Villa Rosita is located) is a small village, and so there are no bars, restaurants or shops within walking distance from the villa, but a car and driver are easily able to be arranged at short notice to get out and about.
- We are about 30 minutes drive from Ubud, Sanur and Candidasa (diving & snorkeling) so depending on your view either really conveniently located to explore many different areas, or 30 minutes away from some of Bali's main attractions.
- The beach at Tegal Besar is crashing waves and great views, but often not suitable for swimming or for kids to paddle in.

My 35th bday with family

The house is beautiful but the highlight for our trip was the wonderful staff. They went above and beyond for us and it made our trip so easy and relaxing. The chef prepared our meals that was top tier and our driver drove us around everywhere, stayed with us and gave us different locations to check out. Will be returning.

Peaceful Bali Beach Stay Interrupted

Overall good experience. House was nice, staff was friendly, meals were very good, laundry service was fast & efficient and massage services were excellent. Kids loved the pool. Only fair to note some issues. The pictures on line are no longer accurate. There’s a large beach front maintenance project going on and the lot next to the house is now full of large machinery that constantly travels back and forth in front of the house to work on beach erosion project. Can be very noisy and distracting. Also offers little privacy. Very disappointing for those of us looking for a peaceful (quiet) beach front experience. I would have appreciated being informed of this situation before booking. Seems a bit dishonest not to mention it. Too the tides are very strong in front of the house and the waves are huge at times. Actually crashed over the sea wall and flooded the pool and downstairs master bedroom on our last morning there. Note too that tvs in bedrooms have no reception. I can’t recommend the property at the moment but would say definitely worth a stay when maintenance project is completed.

Our 5 nights stay at Villa Rosita was an awesome experience. Kadek and the staff was very accommodating and they went above and beyond to meet our every need. My party of 5 felt safe the entire stay and we will definitely visiting Villa Rosita again. This Villa is a hidden gem if you are looking for somewhere to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Seminyak.

Hi we are Rene and Tom Springall. As itinerant expats, we had nowhere to call home, but we both loved Bali and after several trips here over the years in 2004 we decided to buy our own villa in Candidasa and named it after our daughter (Villa Talia Vashti).

Initially we just used our villa for family & friends, but we invested a lot of time training the staff to provide our expected high level of service. In 2006 we decided tentatively to offer our wonderful villa to others, and were amazed at the response – loads of people came and stayed and loved our little villa – it was a total revelation to us.

So in 2013 we set up Secluded Bali Villas to provide villas in Bali and now own and look after18 villas in Bali.

Villa Rosita is not one of our own villas, but is owned by Sandeep and Aaron and is a lovely villa, and next time we have a big family gathering our intention is to stay here.

Why they chose this property

This is THE villa for gatherings of family and friends, who just want to spend time with each other. There is lots of space for the kids to run around, or to find a quiet place, but with a great chef, many guests just never leave the villa, or if they do, they just ask the manager to organise a car and driver and head to one of the many eating options within 15 minutes just a little along the coast.

What makes this property unique

The view out from the pool to the ocean is worth a million dollars, with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach - really something special, and the villa itself does not disappoint with everything you could want.
