Perfect location! On the Arkansas River and 3 blocks to downtown. Big backyard with your own, private access to the river. Leave your car at home. Everything you need is within walking distance.
What makes this House unique
Complete remodel in 2014! Bamboo flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. All of the appliances, furnishings, and linens you need to enjoy your stay!

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
