Waterfall Log Cabin is a secluded oasis in the forest of North Carolina's Blue Ridge mountain range. Escape into a forest sanctuary, truly remote feeling, as cabin is perched high on a mountainside with 'tree house' view when looking out from decks/windows. Sit in the hot tub and relax to the sound of a waterfall! This authentic log cabin is located in a very private setting with beautiful forest and mountain views from two levels of wrap-around decks with outdoor seating areas. Enjoy the patio area for an outdoor picnic overlooking a mesmerizing, natural waterfall just next to the cabin. Indoors on main floor is a comfortable living area with soaring ceilings, gas fireplace for casual conversations listening to stereo or watch satellite TV. Cabin now has satellite internet service. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with new appliances, large island and seating to entertain while cooking. Dinning area can seat the entire guest party. The guest half-bathroom off the kitchen has great view of waterfall, gemstone sink and full size clothes washer and dryer. Large master bedroom on main floor has private deck overseeing the waterfall, king-size bed (sleeps 2), TV/DVD player and large ensuite bathroom with his/her vanity sink, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Walk up stairs from main living space to large bedroom with two queen and one single size beds (sleeps 5) with TV/DVD player and ensuite full bathroom. Below the main floor is a second living area with another gas fireplace and satellite TV/DVD, game area with full size pool table, pin pong and foosball table. There is a downstairs bedroom with queen bed and loft queen bed (sleeps 4) with full bathroom just outside of bedroom shared with living/game room. Our cabin is perched high on a hillside overlooking 3 acre lot on 20 acres of private land that has secure gate access. We installed a 13K lumen flood light to enjoy seeing the waterfall at night. This is a destination home in Edneyville, a short drive from Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Hendersonville, and Asheville for provisioning, fine dining, entertainment and exploring. The cabin layout and amenities are best for families to get together and enjoy.

About Tony Vandenoever
Our family enjoys adventuring in the Blue Ridge Mountain Area, taking in the forest on long hikes, swimming in local swimming holes, and especially eating at the local restaurants. We can't get enough of the mountain vibe.
Tony Vandenoever purchased this Cabin in 2016
Why Tony Vandenoever chose Edneyville
We fell in love with the waterfall literally right next to this cabin. The sounds of the waterfall are mesmerizing and relaxing. Sitting on the deck looking out high over the large trees makes you feel like your perched in a birds nest.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Waterfall Cabin. A remote spot, completely surrounded by green, and a constant calming waterfall right off the decks of the cabin made for a wonderful (and too short) weekend. Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hurries of everyday life.
We had the best time ever! The house has everything you need and more! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The waterfall was so gorgeous and great to listen to out on the deck with a cup of coffee. Shampoo and soap were even provided. Tony was great to communicate with. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Hope to be back soon!!!
Absolutely stunning view and the perfect cabin rental!!!
We actually got married on the balcony with the waterfall in the background. This cabin exceeded our expectations! It was truly amazing. We will definitely rent again when we choose to come back!! Owners have furnished with everything you need to feel right at home!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home away from home!!!
Make all your stress go away!
The cabin is beautiful and homey. You definitely feel you are out in the middle of nowhere, but yet stores, restaurants, and activities are very close. The kitchen is very well stocked with more than enough dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The rooms are well furnished, spacious, and the beds are comfy. Had lots of fun playing pool and ping pong after a day of hiking. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck relaxing and having the sound of the waterfall adding to our enjoyment. Tony has everything well marked around the house so you know what to do or what light switch goes to what light. Just a short drive to Chimney Rock, Lake Lure and multiple hiking trails. Once off the hwy and heading to the house, we saw a sign for Burnt Shirt Winery, so took a short detour (maybe only 5 minutes) since we were early. Very nice winery with beautiful grounds and patios to enjoy sampling some pretty tasty wines. It is very close to the house and they have events and music throughout the year. A real plus, 6 of us were able to take back to back showers, and still plenty of hot water. Our group hopes to return to the cabin, but for a longer visit! Thank you to Tony for allowing us to enjoy his cabin.
We had a mother/daughter weekend at this beautiful cabin! It had everything we needed and was in a great location! I would strongly recommend staying here! Beautiful views and very clean with lots of space!!
Beautiful cabin with wonderful views!
The cabin is awesome, perfect size and layout! Tony was so nice to check in with me to made sure we made it here ok.
The Waterfall Log Cabin is about 30 minutes from downtown Hendersonville where there are many restaurants/bars, library, playhouse, museum, and more! Downtown Hendersonville closes the streets during many festivals during the year. The cabin is even closer to Edneyville, Bat Cave, Chimney Rock and Lake Lure where there are nice places to eat and outdoor things to do like hiking, swimming, and boating. You can plan day-trips to hike to waterfalls in nearby Pisgah National Forest and whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River near Bryson. Downtown Asheville is about 50=60 min driving distance to find yourself immersed in Ashville's unmistakable mountain vibe and culinary cool..
