About Vacasa of South Florida

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Guestbook comments from the manager

The property is older and our room needed a paint job, but we were there to be outside. The room met our needs to sleep and eat. The view was amazing. would stay again.

Best Priced Beach View Condo on Miami Beach

 • 5 of 5

This is a very clean simple condo with amazing views of Miami Beach. Nothing fancy here, just a couple of good beds, fridge, microwave, kitchenette, bathroom and a small table. My wife and I loved this unit because of the views and the price. We were only in the unit to sleep, shower and grab a cold bottle of water from the fridge. If you want to enjoy the beach and the town of Miami Beach then this is the perfect condo, in the perfect location. If you are needing the Ritz with fancy glitter then this is not it. Everything was very clean, but the doors and wall corners could use a little paint, the bathroom faucet needs a little attention and the toilet is a double flusher, but who really cares unless you are crazy enough to sit in your condo when you should be out enjoying Miami Beach.

We did use the fitness center and it was decent for a quick workout. We arrived early and VACASA staff accommodated us with pool passes and a key to the fitness center while we waited for our room to be cleaned. My wife and I will stay here again next time we come to Miami Beach.

Best Price on Miami Beach

 • 5 of 5

This is the best priced condo on Miami beach with a view of the ocean. This is a very simple unit, not glamorous but perfect for the location and simplicity of a beach vacation. If you are going to Miami Beach to be on the beach, in town, at the pool it is the perfect location. Only reason to be in your condo is to sleep, shower and get a cold bottle of water out of the fridge. This unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. Could use a little paint on the wall corners and the doors, but really, who cares when you are there to be on the beach! My wife and I will stay here again if we come to Miami.

The view was amazing! Older unit with noise from the elevators. Make sure u deal with Vacasa people only when checking in and out. But all in all an acceptable room with a great view.

The room was falling apart, smelled of harsh cleaning products, and was a huge disappointment.

 • 2 of 5

When I first arrived, the check-in process was a nightmare. The rude lady at the front counter said "We have 7 hotels here. Be more specific!" Then she directed me to the basement where I had difficulty finding the room I was supposed to go to. The basement is essentially a gross little strip mall. After getting to the floor in which the room was on, the hallways were not marked, so finding the actually room was another challenge. After stepping inside the room, I saw chipped and peeling paint, severe water damage, a pipe under the sink that was held together with blue painter's tape, a bathroom faucet that want secured and wobbled severely when simply touching it, and a disgusting filthy cooktop. To top it off, the toaster was hidden behind the kitchen garbage can under the sink. I didn't exactly want to put my food where trash had been. I will NEVER come back to this dive.

Owner's Response: We are sorry to see this guest was so upset with her visit. We will be including in the check-in information what is required during the security process, as we know it can be frustrating for some of our guests. We wish the guest had contacted us about any sub-par housekeeping so we could have sent a team to rectify the issue.
