About Vacasa, FL - South Florida Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Not great, basic and ok for the price
The apartment is basic. Nothing fancy. Equivalent to a three-star hotel. It is ok for the price. Good location if you want a beach and a pool. However the excitement is a $10 Uber drive away. Apartment complex is under significant renovation.
We apologize if this guest was disappointed by the renovations. The second pool is expected to be available by August 2018, and the on-site restaurant is expected to be available by December 2018. Thank you!
Nice place, but it needs some work.
Nice place, but it needs some work. The property has a great location and great Oceanview. Unfortunately nobody has taken any time to fix up all the problems inside the Condo. The sofa is terrible, the bathroom vanity was broken and the Internet did not work half the days we were there. If somebody would just spend some time on this unit, it could be a wonderful place.
We will discuss the sofa and vanity with the owner, and the property manager will see what needs to be done about the internet.
Good location and the view from the balcony was awesome, but amenities could be improved.
Overall, we loved our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we practically lived there when we were in the apartment. We wished there had been seating for more than two people out there. The kitchen was great, but lacked some basic items; only two bowls for a unit designed for six people, a single tiny fry pan and no baking dishes of any kind. The couch is in terrible shape; it looks like an elephant sat on one end. The description said the unit had laundry facilities, but failed to mention it was shared, coin operated laundry for the entire floor. Obviously the on-going construction at the resort was an issue, but it wasn’t overly inconvenient.
So, there were some things that could have been improved, it was a positive experience overall.
We will inspect kitchen inventory and replace any missing items. Thanks!
I had a good experience while staying at the Alexander. The apartment was nice, great view, not many noise distractions even though there was construction. The staff was also very nice, except for a gentleman working valet my first night. I sensed a definite attitude, and he acted as though I was inconveniencing him when I asked for access to my car to retrieve a personal belonging I had left by mistake. Other than that my stay was great.
Even though there was construction going on our stay was very comfortable.
Don’t wait for a reservation
If you’re contemplating whether or not you’d like to extend your stay do not wait around, I was told I had until a certain time and day to extend my stay before the reservations closed and didn’t get what I was promised.
We are sorry to see this guest didn't get to extend their stay. Due to the need to coordinate multiple schedules in our system we do have to place a deadline on extending reservations. Thanks!
