Great slope side condo. Everything was decorated well and clean. Todd and Mona were easy and quick to communicate with for any questions. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Winter Park.

This is a charming unit! It is clean and modern and just right for our family of 3. We loved stepping outside and skiing right over to the Zephyr, it couldn’t have been better!!!
Todd and Mona were very helpful and responsive when the building had an issue with the boiler that affected our hot water. They were quick to get involved and stayed in contact until it was resolved. The maintenance people were all very nice and worked quickly to figure it out. Sometimes things happen that are out of everyone’s control and the way the owners handled this circumstance eased our minds. All was fixed and we had a fantastic time! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Brief ski vacation
The condo was located conveniently in the Winter Park village on the ground floor within easy walking distance to the lifts and restaurants. Attached garage parking was a plus, even though it cost an additional $14/day. Be sure to check in before you try to enter the garage, as your room key is required for garage entrance. The condo was quiet, clean, and well maintained.
Great owners, condo, and very conveniently located on the mountain. Left a few things behind by accident and the owners were quick to notify me and was able to grab them before heading home. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!
