About Property Manager
We are a quintessentially traditional english pub. All our staff, led by our Manager Amber and supported by Jenny and Helen , along with the rest of the team are local and have first hand knowledge of the area. Our village neigbours love telling stories to our residents and there is always a warm welcome. Its never too much trouble if you need anything and can happily recommend local things to do and places to enjoy. Its your break, so whether you want to chill at the bar or be left to enjoy a quiet meal in a cosy corner, its your choice. Tips for the pods are make up your bed before heading to the pub, enjoy the surroundings, we have plenty of deckchairs and outdoor seating, relax and take time out from the real world. We've even been asked to tell the little ones there is no WiFi so you can really go back to basics with family time and a good old board game. We look forward to meeting you on your stay with us.
Cute, cozy, and functional
We loved the glamping pod! We only stayed one night, but the bed was comfy, and it was nice having our own bathroom. Stratford upon Avon was conveniently close, and we enjoyed dinner and pub quiz at the Red Lion in nearby Long Compton.
The Norman Knight is in the heart of Whichford overlooking the green and hills beyond. This peaceful village has much to offer visitors, including Whichford Pottery, the Straw Kitchen cafe, Holycombe Holistic Centre, the Church of St. Michael, picturesque woodland of special scientific interest and beautiful walks in every direction. The village has a rich history and is mentioned in the Domesday Book.
