We are super excited to introduce you to C-Salt Cottage. The minute you unlock the door and ascend the steps to this 2 bedroom condo you will be glad you booked this unit. It is professionally decorated and has been equipped with all of the comforts and amenities you would expect.

Nice place, but refinements needed.

This is a lovely home, but there were little issues throughout the home. The kitchen is not equipped for what claims to be a designer home. Major issues with the wifi, that was overwhelmed and not working most of our stay (we had two work computers and two kids' ipads, so not exactly taxing the network). There was only one wine glass (and it had a logo, as if someone picked it up at an event for free) or you could drink out of plastic cups. It had a good bit of dust and dirt in corners and under bed. Also, not really an issue with home, but note that some of the neighbors CANNOT tolerate any noise-not a problem for us but our next door neighbors were having a family reunion and were grilling/hanging out in the common area street. At 9PM on a weekend evening, the policy were called out twice by someone who was annoyed with what they claimed to be "too much noise". In reality, the family was not noisy and not at all roudy, just talking, laughing, etc... Keep that in mind if you plan to grill and spend time on your balcony or garage area.

Back to the home, a proper cleaning and a properly equipped kitchen for a 2 BR home rather than a frat house would make this a really terrific place.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for the feedback. Unfortunately during the busy summer months, the local internet provider can slow down due to all the traffic. They've actually made upgrades this off season and should be better than it's ever been now. In the future, and this if for anyone reading this staying with us, please reach out to us directly for any needs during your stay. This home is equipped with a full kitchen and has just about everything anyone would need during their stay. At the time of this stay, there were 8 wine glasses in a cabinet in the kitchen all by themselves. One quick phone call or text and we could have led you to their location and made this a non issue. I'm very sorry you experienced even one thing that was distracting to your vacation. This truly is a beautiful home that is well equipped. Thanks again for the feedback!

Charmingly bohemian

Prominence north is a sweet area on 30a. Pool is gorgeous and The Hub is a great spot to dine or hang out and listen to live music. The townhouse was very comfortable for a short stay and when you are dining out , as the kitchen wasn't well organized and the tv's need to be better programmed and easier to use. My greatest kudos go to the property manager,Dawn who was tremendously quick to respond to the few questions we had & getting locked out once! That is absolutely important when using a rental.

This property was gorgeous! Clean! Spotless! I loved the location and the amenities were what we were looking for. Very short drive to an equally gorgeous uncrowded beach and all the fun along 30A. Professionally decorated and appointed. I can't wait to come back.
