When I arrived all common areas were very dirty. I had to submit complaints before someone was sent the next morning. But then it went right back to dirty common areas. You’d think they would have someone there all day to keep the place clean. The bathrooms didn’t even offer hand soap, paper towels, and there was a shortage of toilet paper.
My unit had a small kitchenette but there were no dish ware or cook ware. What’s the point!
The neighbors were noisy, running around the hallways banging on walls and screaming. Kept me up all night.
Kitchen was a mess every day. Dirty dishes, broken ironing board. Couldn’t even find the iron for that matter.
WiFi password was nowhere to be found. When I asked they told me to go to the next floor down to get the info. Why can’t the info just be in your room??
Shower would flood, drain was slow so you’d essentially be standing in a puddle of dirty water.
Overall an awful experience. I left after the second night even though I was supposed to be there 10 nights.
I called to complain and never heard back. I have yet to hear anything about a refund or even an apology.
