Super emplacement !

Superbe séjour à la Martinique ! L appartement et la résidence sont idéalement situés à 5 min à pied du bourg de St Anne et 5 min en voiture des salines, anse meunier .... La piscine de la résidence est très sympa. La résidence est très calme ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

belle propriété

cette propriété devrait être plus entretenue , les espaces vert bien fait , manque d'entretien des bâtiments, dommage car gâche l'environnement des lieux. près de la plage des salines et de sainte Anne , s'est très appréciable .

Appartement ayant répondu à toutes nos attentes

Nous venons de passer, mon époux, mon fils de 13 ans et moi-même,cinq semaines vraiment très agréables dans l'appartement d'Elvire et Bernard BURAUD. L'appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes : propre, bien équipé (wifi,climatisation,lave-linge, plancha, grille pain ...), bien ventilé, très bien situé. Résidence calme, très jolie. Piscine refaite à neuf, propre aussi. Situation parfaite, proche des plus belles plages de la Martinique et des différentes promenades à faire. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil-client est aussi très sympathique. Le petit plus : un petit cadeau de bienvenue.Les propriétaires se sont aussi donné la peine de préparer un large éventail de petites info.très pratiques. Nous recommandons tout à fait cet appartement, aussi bien pour un couple seul ou avec un ou deux enfants car on dort très bien aussi dans le salon qui peut accueillir 2 personnes. Belles Vacances

Appartement très agréable et fidèle à l'annonce; bien équipé et confortable. La résidence est calme et très bien située non loin du centre de Sainte Anne et de la plage (env 800m, on peut y aller à pied, mais il est très facile de s'y garer) Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et disponibles. A noter la gentillesse de Mme désir et les cadeaux de bienvenue...Je recommande

Très bonne vacances

Annonce parfaitement identique au logement. Très propre et très bien équipé pour un long séjour (4 semaines pour nous). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de madame Désir, le petit cadeau de bienvenue (rhum, jus d 'orange) et surtout la petite visite des propriétaires Elvire et Bernard.. Nous vous remercions d'avoir téléphoné juste à notre retour pour connaître notre ressenti. Nous recommandons cette location ++++ Richard et Marie
