Beachfront villa in Trou aux Biches, 4 bedrooms all ensuite, north of the Island with private pool and housekeeper for 8 people.
This house is located in the north of the Island on a white sandy beach with many local restaurants and shops within short walking distance.

Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water. A few meters further it is nice for swimming and snorkeling. The Bay is protected and very nice to enjoy throughout the year.

The maid comes 6x/week except for public holidays. This service is included in the rental price.
she can prepare meals for an extra fee; Ask for Mauritian specialties. Food and Beverage are not included.

The famous golf courses of Mont Choisy, less than 5 mins away.. Maritim 10 mins away. East courses Belle Mare, St. Geran ect 30-40 mins

Next Supermarket is chez Popo, 50 meters away and restaurants are at 2 min walk.

Très bonne situation

Nous avons passé 6 nuits en famille (6 adultes et un enfant de 4 ans) dans cette maison. Les atouts de cette maison : tout d'abord, Linda, la dame qui s'occupe de la maison et qui nous a accueilli est vraiment adorable, efficace et très discrète, elle nous a préparé un repas délicieux. 2° atout de cette maison : l'emplacement, elle est directement sur la plage, on peut se baigner devant la maison dans une eau d'une couleur incroyable, nous avons vu pleins de poissons colorés et une tortue (la seule que nous ayons vu lors de notre séjour). Les couchers de soleil sont époustouflants. Par contre la maison n'est pas très confortable ni très spacieuse. La pièce principale qui comprend aussi la cuisine est petite, pour les repas il y a une table picnic (table en bois +bancs) à l'extérieur, les chambres sont correctes sans plus, la piscine est minuscule Je trouve le prix de la location très élevé par rapport à la maison, par contre c'est vrai que l'endroit est magnifique !!

Our stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the villa. Everything was as we expected. The home suited our needs perfectly. We loved the location and the comfort of the place. Our trip was made even better by the assistance and help we received from our housekeeper. She was amazing and a joy to meet and so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot on the beachfront

We had a great stay. Reshma the cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. The property had a great location. Swimming directly in front of the property isn’t ideal with lots of shells and seaweed but the swimming pool was a bonus. We spend lots of time in the pool looking at the sea. It was also nice to snorkel in front of the property. We definitely appreciated the airconditioning as it was extremely hot while we were there. We were 4 people and it was great for our group. It might feel a bit crammed if you had to be more because the space inside is quite small. The location is also close to the local little supermarket and scuba diving.

From day one its been nothing but an awesome experience ... an unforgettable holiday the location, the process, the price, the daily service from Kamla, we actually found it hard to leave the premises to go touring around... overall we were all very sad to leave on Saturday evening and now can’t wait do it again same place and same time... Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Wir waren für 2 Wochen hier und es hat uns allen 6 sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt und der direkte Strandzugang um schnorcheln zu gehen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Reinigungskraft kam täglich, sie hätte jedoch gründlicher sein können. Auch nach unserem ausdrücklichen Wunsch, die Bettwäsche zu wechseln, da es einen Krankheitsfall in der Familie gab, wurde diese leider nicht gewechselt. Das ist aber auch das einzige, was wir auszusetzen haben. Alles in allem war diese Unterkunft perfekt für 14 Tage im Paradies.
