Our lodge is a cosy getaway tucked in a small, scenic and quiet park. It's a short walk from Bossiney Bay, a wonderful cove that is dog-friendly all year round. It's also close to both Boscastle and Tintagel in North Cornwall.
Offering a master bedroom with double bed, dressing table and walk in wardrobe. A second bedroom with two small single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas oven and hob, and a microwave. The lodge is perfect for a get-away-from-it-all break or a relaxed week or two. The lodge also has a hot tub.
Our lodge has the advantage of being at the edge of the park, meaning the decking and hot tub aren't overlooked and you have unrestricted views out over rolling countryside. There are lots of fantastic walks close by, including one which starts at the bottom of the park. It's completely dog-friendly and has all modern amenities.
Guests have exclusive use of the whole lodge and use of communal areas within the small, private park. There is one allocated parking space next to the lodge.
Interaction with guests
I don't live in the area so won't directly be interacting with you. There are staff based in the park that can help if you have any problems and I will be available on the phone if needed.
Other things to note
Although dogs are welcome, no more than two please. Keep dogs off furniture and beds during your stay. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times in the communal grounds.
If it is cold the hot tub can take quite a few hours to heat up. Make sure the spa thermal blanket is on, and the lid on top of the tub to make sure you don't lose any heat! As a rule of thumb hot tubs take about an hour to heat the water 3-5 degrees depending on the outside temperature. The tub will be on prior to your arrival but may not be at temperature when you check in. Using the above rule of thumb estimate how long it should take to get to temperature and leave it with the lid on. You want the tub at 38 - 40 degrees. Once to temperature it should be available to you throughout your stay.
