What makes this apartment unique

We have renovated all three units at 319 Almond Street completely over a number of years. No surface, inside or out, was left unimproved, and hopefully the results of this deep remodel speak for themselves. You'll be able to enjoy your evenings relaxing on the patio, balcony, or cooking dinner with your family or friends in open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Inside you'll find plenty of room for up to six people to sleep comfortably while accommodating up to six people at the dinner table. With such close proximity to downtown Salt Lake City, no location is better suited for conveniently exploring all that this great city has to offer. From this safe and quiet street in the charming Marmalade Hill neighborhood, all the greatest neighborhoods, restaurants, activities and attractions along the Wasatch Front are within your reach.

While traveling for work it’s nice to stay in a home rather than hotel. This historic home on Capitol Hill is conveniently located to restaurants shopping & downtown adventures! We enjoyed a little local restaurant not a block away next to a great coffee shop! We had access to everything SLC has to offer & more!

Cute house minutes from downtown

This house was impeccably clean, well stocked and beautiful. The neighborhood was close to Temple Square and downtown (literally minutes away). Everything was very easy to use and to figure out. The owner responded to my inquiries before our stay quickly, kindly and concisely. Overall we had a great stay, had so much fun in SLC and I will definitely return to this rental. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Could not ask for more.

Impossible not to be happy with this property.

The house is spotlessly clean, well kept, very recently refurbished. Furniture is brand new, very functional, bed is very comfortable, good-quality linens. Kitchen's utensils are excellent and more than enough to cook endlessly. The appliances work perfectly. The oven is fantastic.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility -I do-, this is the place for you. There is an appartment downstairs, but we never heard a noise. A safe haven for monks.

Perfect location. We walked 15 minutes to Vivint twice for an NBA match and a concert.

Great location and spacious apartment.

Have to say this was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in at a VRBO or even a hotel. Great location just north of Temple Square. Full size kitchen and plenty of sleeping space for our family of six. Also has a commanding view of the valley looking out over the west part of SLC out towards the airport.
