Immaculate cabin with great location
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the cabin. The pictures do not do it justice, this is one of the coziest and well decorated rentals I have ever stayed. It has everything you need and the location is super quiet and private. I will recommend this property to friends and would love to come back soon!
Cute, clean, and fully stocked
Cleanest cabin we have ever stayed at. Stocked with everything! Only complaint was how warm the cabin got. They do supply a sort of swamp cooler that you fill will ice cold water, even with that we were 89 in the cabin. We bought 10 bags of ice to put in with the water and still couldn’t get it cool enough. The other bummer was the fridge doesn’t get very cold so we stored drinks in a cooler with ice. This place is really adorable just bummed we went when we had this heat wave! Three of my older kids headed home a day early cause it was so hot
Adorable cozy cabin
Cabin was very clean and well stocked. There was nothing we needed! It is quite a drive up the mountain especially in the dark. Would stay again.
We had an amazing stay. The only “comment” - can’t Christmas decor be stored till Christmas?
We are missionaries from South Africa and had an amazing time with our family in the tranquility of the cabin as we don’t see our kids often. It is well equipped and was a true retreat and blessing for the four days! It’s was amazing to feel and be safe and not look over your shoulder, bolt and lock up every time you take a walk. Amazing not to have to look through security bars and security gates! That is our life in South Africa. Thank you
We are so very happy you had a wonderful time with your family and some truly relaxing time to spend and reflect. I noticed that one thing in the cabin that maybe you thought was Christmas things but in fact are a display of nature and woodsy type ornament hanging on a artificial alpine tree that has no lights on it. We have loved the display as it’s has brought a look of nature inside. Also a non Christmas array of twig and greenery for the stair banister. Be safe on your travels and know we are so very pleased you chose Camp Runamuk.

Great Rental - Clean, Quite and Enjoyable
Great property. Nice place to unplug and unwind. House is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Enjoyed Hiking and soaking in the hot pools.
The Property is very quiet and isolated.
What can I say except for AWESOME! If you LOVE the outdoors and getting out of the hustle and bustle this is the place for you. Our cabin has been a family favorite for over 10 years and we are excited to share it with others! With views of the Boise National Forest and wildlife appearing when you least expect it is truly one of my favorite places to be. With Terrace Lakes golf course and clubhouse a mile away you can enjoy golf and the wine bar for a little bit of leisure. The geothermal pools .5 mile you can enjoy more than just the views. We always loved floating the main fork of the Payette River all day and then coming back to the cabin for a family barbecue and s'mores with fun stories of Sasquatch sighting (the kids loved it). If you have ATV's this location is perfect due to the accessibility to the trails right behind the cabin that will give you unlimited riding. If you just like to hike and enjoy nature you will be spoiled by the old logging roads and trails that are literally out the front door. Looking for dinner out and a little night life you are only 5 miles from Crouch, where you can find the Dirty Shame Saloon for some adult fun or Two Rivers Grill for a little more family friendly atmosphere. If you would like to get more information on what is going on locally please cut and paste link provided: http://gvchamber.org/city-of-crouch/. With all of the wonderful amenities Camp Run-a-muk offers please know there is no WIFI and no A/C, you are truly in the mountains and we like it this way. We do have a cooling system that takes ice and water and can assistant in keeping the cabin cool. The memories you will make during your stay we hope are as great as the memories we have had from 10 years of cabin fever. I could go on all day about the different activities you could do, but I urge you to make your own assessment and book with us today.
