Our Maui home in the Royal Kahana is a two bedroom, two and half bath oceanfront corner unit, located only a stone's throw from the ocean. The 40 foot wrap-around lanai provides sweeping panoramic views south to the Kaanapali Beach Resort and north to Kapalua with its fabulous golf courses and restaurants. The neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai are only miles across the channel and add a dynamic dimension to the beautiful scenery.
The 10th floor condo is ideally situated on the quiet side of the building where one's tranquility is never disturbed by noisy pool activities, parties, or early-morning beachcombers. The wrap-around lanai provides both sunny areas and shaded corners where one can escape the intense tropical sun, if so desired. Best of all, with this ideal location in the Royal Kahana, one never has to draw the drapes day or night to protect one's privacy from residents in neighboring condo buildings or from beachgoers. From the west-facing lanai and spacious interior, unobscured ocean and beach views are spectacular with constantly changing activities and wildlife, including dolphins, sea turtles, cruise ships, surfers, kite boarders, wind surfers, snorkelers, paddle boarders, spectacular sunsets, and Hawaii's most famous winter visitors, the Humpback Whales. Remember to bring your binoculars.
Two separate bedroom suites, each with a king-sized bed, provide quiet privacy for a family or two couples. The master suite has such features as a new Sealy Posturepedic mattress, a comfortable chair for reading, a flat-screen tv, and a separate sliding door to the lanai - perfect for those wishing to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The guest bedroom also has a tv, a reading chair, and Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Each en suite bathroom and the powder room adjacent to the foyer have been completely renovated with granite counters, tile and glass showers, and tile floors. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience.
During the recent renovation two new central air conditioning units were installed for zoned cooling in the bedrooms and main living areas. The kitchen, which also has an ocean view, was completely updated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile flooring. It is fully stocked with everything one would need for cooking plus table service for 8, a regular coffee maker and a French press, blender, toaster, and ice maker in the refrigerator. The spacious living area is furnished with new furniture, a 48" flat-screen tv and BluRay player, IPod docking stations, and free Wi-Fi. New wall-to-wall carpeting was recently installed in the living and dining areas and bedroom suites.

The Royal Kahana Resort is 5 miles north of Historic Lahaina Town on Highway 30. It is ideally located only minutes from the shops, restaurants, and world-renowned golf courses of both Kaanapali and Kapalua. A short block from the condo is Kahana Gateway with additional shops and restaurants. Three full-service grocery stores are also conveniently located nearby.

We require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Discounts may be considered for reservations of more than 2 weeks. The condo will accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
If one's reservation is cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the arrival date, the first payment is refundable. If cancelled less than 60 months prior to arrival, the first payment is forfeited.
