About Terry and Sarah Allen
We have lived and traveled numerous places throughout the US and our property in Paria is still our favorite. We love being out doors, hiking and taking pictures. The night sky in Paria is amazing with a clear view of the Milky Way.
Why Terry and Sarah Allen chose Kanab
The views are amazing and it is so close to so many things to do. It is easy to get to, right off Highway 89.

Such a cozy and beautiful little adobe. Decoraed with such an eye for the area. Loved it p
The little adobe was decorated in southwestern style. It was so cozy and comfortable. Terry was a wonderful host while Sarah was out of town. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The property was ideally located within an easy drive to Zion National Park, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell and Lee’s Ferry. We were able to do laundry, watch the beautiful night skies and cook dinner either in the kitchen or on the grill. We highly recommend Paria Sage Casita
Wonderful home to stay in! Clean, comfortable with beautiful views all around!
Terry and Sarah are lovely hosts. They respond quickly with any answers about the area. Breakfast is delicious. Would definitely come again!
Wonderful place with great hosts.
An extremely beautiful place to stay with incredible views. For those that like the outdoors, you will not be at all disappointed with this place and/or location. My wife and I spent 4 wonderful nights for our 25th anniversary and really had a great time. Terry and Sarah were the best hosts. Very helpful providing us with information with regards to the surrounding area and where to go. Breakfast was extremely good and more then enough to fuel the day. Lots of activities and things to see in the surrounding area. Nights were quiet with incredible views of the Milky Way off the back patio. If our travels bring us back that way (hoping to get permits for The Wave over the next couple of years), we will definitely try and book again.
Beauty in the Midst of Beauty
This beautiful home is a wonderful place to stay if you are exploring southern Utah and Northern Arizona. It is convenient to all of the marvels that this area holds. Terry and Sarah have provided a comfortable atmosphere with all of the necessities for relaxing after a day of hiking and sight seeing. We can't wait to come back.
Fantastic! All you could ask for!
Paria Sage Casita was a wonderful, well cared for, 1 week stay for us! It is situated, almost exactly, between Knab, Utah & Page, Arz perfect home base for exploring in both directions! The Casita leaves you lacking for nothing including wine and a snack plate that really "hit the spot" after hours of travel! Terry & Sarah are fabulous hosts! They are both a wealth of knowledge about the entire area and Sarah makes the most scrumptious breakfast served when you wish. The Castia is extremely private and situated high on a hilltop with a grand 360* view. Sure dont need a TV!! Terry & Sarah know just when to make contact:) and are very gracious. The peace & quiet is wonderful, except when you arrive in the middle of a raging thunderstorm/lightning storm as we did! The Casita is very, very welcoming, clean and cozy with lots of light streaming in from numerous windows and the bed was wonderfully comfy. The kitchen has most everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Paria Sage Casita again. Gary & Rosemary Courser.

Hated To Leave
My wife and I are experienced travelers. When we find the little things along with the big things we realize it and love it. In addition to its special location, the casita is spacious, comfortable and in 100% working order. It is virtually insect free. Out in the middle of nowhere, WiFi works. Paper products are consumer grade - i.e. they absorb and don't scratch. You will get spotless cleanliness, a comfortable temperature and a snack in the fridge. Oh, and there is olive oil in the cupboard.
Sarah and Terry are warm, real folks who pay just the right amount of attention to their guests. They know the area intimately and, when asked, are generous with advice.
This is easily our favorite B&B.
Thanks so much for coming to stay with us again. It was great to have you here.hope you get the Wave next time. But if not there is so much to explore.
Our house is centered between so many great places to see. In the immediate area are The Wave, Paria Canyon, Hoodoos, The Old Paria Movie Set, Cobra Arch. Within 20 miles is Lake Powell and trips to Rainbow Bridges or down the Colorado. Also right outside of Page (35 miles east) are Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon.Going West to Kanab you can turn South and go the North Rim of the Grand Canyon or turn North to go to Zion and Bryce National Parks all with 4 hours.
