About Elizabeth Heydary
This home has been in my husband's family for over 70 years. It was built in 1938. My mother-in-law and her three siblings lived in it during early childhood. My mother-in-law, Cindy, the property assistant, moved back into the brick house with her husband Nader when they were first starting their family before moving to their current home. My brother-in-law and his wife lived in the house for the past two and a half years after they had just been married. Now that they have moved out, we have opened it to rentals for families in the Greensboro-High Point area. Our family works hard to keep the house updated and in clean condition for your stay and enjoyment. We will be flexible with arrival and departure times and try to work with your schedule. Please do not hesitate to email or call us so we can discuss your plans while in Greensboro.

Warm and welcoming!
We stayed at Elizabeth’s welcoming cottage for over a week and it became our little haven after a long day of work. Elizabeth was very helpful and responded to all of our needs quickly.
We were hurricane evacuees so we were stressed, it was hard to enjoy our time
perfectly quiet and comfortable
The house was perfect for our needs. We used every bed and enjoyed the backyard immensely. There were five us traveling and the house held us all easily with room to spare. The place was clean and comfortable; we would stay there again. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained and in a convenient location to downtown and the highways.
This our second time staying. This will be our home away from home every year when we come for my husband raquetball tournament. Love it!!! Thanks again Elizabeth.
We are so glad you enjoyed your second time at our home! Thank you for your kind review. We would love to have you back again during the tournament!
Cute and comfy
He house was quaint and had everything we needed. I may have missed it in the description initially, but one of the bedrooms (the one with two twin beds) has no door and leads directly into the dining room and kitchen area. This wasn't a problem for our stay but it was unexpected. Overall an excellent stay!
sweet, quaint, friendly
What a sweet place to stay. A quiet neighborhood shaded by huge trees. A very sweet old house, wonderfully restored to provide comfort and just a great place to stay.
