Please note a few restrictions : no smoking or vaping in the house. We respect your right to enjoy Colorado's relaxed laws, but please no marijuana products in the house. We are pet-free, but we can't guarantee that animal allergens are not present.
Additionally, my HOA restricts me from offering this as a venue for group events such as weddings. My property may only be used by the overnight tenants (non-tenant day guests allowed on prior approval by owner). All tenants MUST be respectful of this very peaceful neighborhood and help be good stewards of the community. (Thank you in advance!)
Do keep in mind that the property does not have refrigerated air conditioning. However this property is above 7500 feet in elevation, so it cools off tremendously and gets chilly at night!
