This adorable, impeccable bungalow is perfect for a weekend, or long-term. It is one street over from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to great shopping, cafes, bars and other fabulous downtown features. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a front porch, living room, dining room and kitchen. It will sleep 5-6 people and is straight out of the 1940's Sears Catalog. It's an original Sears Craftsman Home, with great details. Completely renovated with all new appliances, beds and everything else, we know you'll be comfortable and feel right at home. Just an FYI, due to high demand, we are only able to offer two night minimum stays over weekends.

About Jacqui Bomar
I'm a serial entrepreneur and lover of travel, adventures and starting things. I feel blessed in my life and have so much to be thankful for. My son, my husband, my business and all the incredible friends and family members I'm surrounded by. My company produces boat shows in the southeast. We work hard and play hard. My son, husband and I love to travel to as many places as possible. My son loves history and our last trip was to South Dakota. We were blown away by this incredible state.
Jacqui Bomar purchased this Bungalow in 2013
Why Jacqui Bomar chose Greenville
This adorable house was totally renovated a few years ago and last year I turned it into a comfortable and sweet short- term rental home for people like me. Also, with Greenville being such a great city to live, work and visit, I knew it would be in a perfect location. The Well Arena can't be much closer- only one street away, so it's perfect for folks who go to concerts or other shows. My family and I live 10 minutes away and my office is also 10 minutes away. I absolutely would live in this bungalow and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
What makes this Bungalow unique
The best part is the proximity to downtown fun, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc. Also, the main highway 385 is just below this house. So you can get anywhere quickly.

Lovely Old Home
We've usually stayed downtown Greenville in Hotels. This home gave us so much more room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We enjoyed the breezes on the front porch. The beds were comfy! The location is about 1 mile from the center of Main Street, so we wound up driving, but you could walk. We would definitely stay there again if back in Greenville. The host was very attentive and responded immediately if we needed anything during our stay.
Adorable little house right near downtown!
We had a wonderful time exploring downtown Greenville for the first time with our daughters (only 1.5 and 2.5 years old). We joked that everything we put into our GPS that we wanted to see was a 3 minute drive away. :) Perfect for toting little ones around. Greenville is a beautiful city. Thank you!
Quaint, Clean and Convenient Location.
My Mom, sister and I stayed here for a family wedding. If you like to walk a lot, there is not problem walking to Main Street in Greenville, but we often took Ubers, which were about a $5-$6 ride to Main Street. If you're going to a concert on other event at the arena, this is the place to stay. It's literally about a block and a half away. We enjoyed the home very much!
Great house in fun city!
This was the perfect house for a quick girls' weekend. Very spacious and well-equipped with the necessities (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc.!). We uberd downtown for dinner, shopping, etc. Good, safe location.
Home away from home.
My coworker and I stayed for 2 weeks while attending a training meeting in Greenville. It was great to be able to have this cozy, sweet, house for studying and rest. It is close to downtown, safe walking trails that connect to downtown and great restaurants. You can park at the zoo and walk or bike for miles. Swamp rabbit cafe was cool.
Great location, great house
We had two families with toddlers and it was ideal for us. The location was perfect, the street was so quiet, and the house was ideal. Plenty of space to move around. We all had a great time.
