Description:

The front enters you into a open space that has the dining, kitchen and living areas all in one HUGE space. The dining table can hold 10 people and the kitchen is stocked full of anything needed for 12 people and has amenities such as granite counter-tops, gas range, all new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 4.

There is a small working area below the steps to plan for the night on the town!

The back of the house features a large, private sunken living room with a large flat-screen TV and access to the patio.

Our house sleeps up to 12 guests between 5 bedrooms. The Master has a king-sized bed and 42-inch TV, plus access to a high-end master bath with dual granite vanity and tile walk-in shower with rainfall shower-head. The 2nd and 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have queen beds, and the 5th room has a two queen beds. There is a futon in the living room and also a couch.

The outdoor space is a patio under a pergola that includes a brand new conversation set and brand new cookout grill with 7-burners!

There is parking for 2 cars in the rear but street parking is abundant any day on our quiet street.

Also, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, hair dryer, iron & board, all available for you.

UPDATE: NEW 300 sqft deck, just built, with view of downtown!

NEIGHBORHOOD:

Everything you want in walking distance!

* The neighborhood has a noise ordinance against loud noise after 11:00 p.m. on weekdays and after midnight on weekends.

We're only 2 blocks from the world-famous Music Row, and close by shopping and dining in Edgehill Village. We're a half-a-mile walk from high-end shopping, dining and bars in The Gulch - not mention Station Inn.

We're also only a half-a-mile walk from Vanderbilt University, and and a 5-minute drive to Belmont University and historic Belmont Mansion.

And tourist spots in downtown Nashville are only 2 miles / 7 minutes away by car!

GETTING AROUND:

Uber and Lyft can take you anywhere. The free Music City trolley stops 5 min away, walking. The Nashville local bus station is 3 min away, walking.

*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $200. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $200 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $200 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE READ: There is a NO-NOISE ORDINANCE AFTER 11pm and complaints issued are considered damages to the neighborhood. There will be $200 fine taken from the deposit that will be given to our neighborhood organization, for complaints lodged by neighbors. To further ensure this, we require no one to loiter in the front or be on the deck after that time.

Excellent location!

We went to Nashville for the eclipse and wanted a room for every person. This home was great. Lots of space, great kitchen and a nice big table for meals, games. Raj was easily accessible by text. It was nice to be 1/2 block from a small playground, 3 blocks from shops/restaurants and less than 1/2 mile from a grocery store.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Service

Comfortably accommodated our large group. Raj was very quick to respond to questions and requests. Perfect distance for us to get our steps in without overdoing it -- very close to Vanderbilt and the Gulch and a little over mile to Tootsies. We had a blast!

Couples Long Weekend....so fun!

We travelled to Nashville with 5 couples to celebrate one of our friends 40th birthdays and we couldn't have had a better time! Each couple had their own bedroom, and there are 3 full bathrooms, so we felt like there was plently of room to spread out. There was a sweet looking roof top deck, but the weather did not permit us to spend time outside. If you were going when the weather was nice, it would be a great spot to relax outdoors. The neighborhood was in a nice part of town, with lots of newly renovated properties, within minutes of Music Row. We took 2 XL Ubers to get around and to accomodate the 10 of us to travel to and from Broadway each day, and it was only a 5-10 minute ride and the average cost was only $12 each way. The owner was a great communicator and was always quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Great home for large groups!

Our family rented this house for the New Years Eve weekend. It could not have been more perfect for our family of 9. The house was clean and well equiped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a great gathering place. Raj was quick to respond with any questions we had. We normally stay in a downtown hotel but with the easy access to The Gulch and Broadway Street from this location we will return here on our next trip. Uber and Lyft ran between $6 - $10 for a group of 4 and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. This really turned out to be the perfect place for our trip. We will be back!

Nice, new house close to downtown

Very enjoyable stay. Nice, clean house with plenty of space to spread out. Owner was very friendly, attentive, and easy to reach with questions. The house is in a residential area adjacent to music row and the gulch, but an easy 5-minute ride to downtown. Back yard and deck would be great in warmer weather.
