Giant great room opens to the gourmet kitchen with island bar seating allows the whole group to be together comfortably when appropriate. A cozy fire and the hot tub on the elevated deck are perfect for warming up and relaxing after a fun day skiing.

This premium mountain retreat offers an open floor plan with over 2500 sq ft of living area in an exclusive neighborhood next to the National Forest. Modern convenience is situated in a rustic mountain atmosphere. Hand-peeled log accents and furnishings, granite counters, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and the cozy fireplace invite you to relax in true mountain style. The home is just up the mountain (a five minute drive) from historic Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. You are steps away from ski-in and ski-out access in the winter or great hiking in the summer! After a full day enjoying the mountains or town, relax on the deck in the therapeutic hot tub and take in more beautiful views.

4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths accommodate 8 to 12 guests on two levels. Each bedroom has its own private bath! Two bedroom suites are on the lower level. The master suite, 4th bedroom suite (the 'kids room'), great room (living/dining), and kitchen are on the upper level, which also offers access to your grilling deck and hot tub. A huge TV and entertainment system with surround sound are located in the great room, and there are multiple TVs/VCRs throughout the home. A variety of kids' movies and games are available.
Ski Access: Our home is in the very top of the Warriors Mark West neighborhood, on about the same elevation as the base of the Peak 10 lift. We walk down our driveway, walk past 3 houses to the left, put on our skis and roll right down through a narrow strip of national forest into the Lower Lehman run, and down to the base of Peak 9. We ski back from Peak 10 (more experienced skier level) through National forest and back to about 50 yds from where we left the street in the morning. We tell all our guests that this ski back route may not be suitable for young children or less experienced skiers, and both routes are dependent on snow level for good access.
A great alternative in the case of young children or less experienced skiers is the 8 passenger free Breck Connect Gondola ride up to the base of Peak 8 from downtown. There are 2 huge parking lots in between Hwy 9 and Main St (between French St and Watson Ave) that when last checked, were free during the week for carpools of 4 or more, and only $5/day on the weekends with the same number.

About the owner: Our family lives just outside Denver and we love to get up to our second home in the mountains as often as possible. We have family and friends from the gulf coast and east coast that come to Colorado for the winter skiing and then come back for the incredible summer and fall weather and peace and quiet.

Breckenridge is a true mountain town (AWAY FROM THE HIGHWAY) and has something for everyone to enjoy year-round. Warrior's Mark West is a hidden treasure in that it is a nice neighborhood with big private homes away from all the condos, but is still close enough to the mountain to ski and out.
