Hello! For the last 8 months I have put a lot of thought and love into this home to make it my own. I love having people over for dinner and having choices of where to sit to eat/chat! The kitchen is by far my favorite part of the home! Close to the airport/freeway access, Boeing field, light rail, and tons of shopping ! Huge master suite with walk-in closet, gas fireplace, king bed and HUGE walk-in shower!

Clean with all the amenities for a great stay!
House was clean with all the details needed to enjoy an extended stay. Owner was kind and easy to work with. Would stay again!
Comfortable home in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were friendly! It was perfectly suited for our family, giving us each our own space for privacy and great spaces for us to hang out together. Everyone reported being very comfortable and sleeping VERY well! The location was close to airport which was helpful because we had an early morning departure. It was also close to the downtown area which made it convenient for visiting all of the attractions. I would recommend the CityPass if you are interested in visiting several of the main tourist attractions. Shopping for groceries was easy and there were some cute restaurants in Renton and Georgetown that we enjoyed. Curtis was very accessible via text when we had a question. We would recommend this house very highly and would stay again if we returned to the Seattle area.
Great house. Easy access to Rainier, Seattle and the airport
This place is awesome. Especially loved the basement and the curves TV. Kitchen was pretty nice and well stocked. We had an enjoyable stay.
Lovely home in great area
We spent 4 nights in this lovely Seattle home in July. The pictures are spot on, the kitchen is a dream, and the bedrooms are very spacious. We spent some lovely hours on the deck enjoying the beautiful July weather. Owner was helpful when we asked about public transportation into the city, which proved to be very easy to use. For improvements, adding an electrical outlet in the half bath would be helpful, also new mattresses would improve the stay.
Fantastic house very well-kept and well-stocked for convenience and comfort
The owner of this property has done an excellent job preparing the home. The backyard is like your own private park setting. Interior of house is so comfortable. it was truly our home away from home for the week. The beds were all very comfortable. The home was perfectly furnished. I think anyone would thoroughly enjoy this home as much as we did.
Very nice home with responsive home owner
We just returned from 3 nights at this home. Five adults and 3 small dogs. It was a small family reunion of sorts. family came from different parts of the country to attend a graduation held at Key Arena. Our son lives in Holy Park which was only about 10 minutes away; so the home was perfect for our needs. We cooked most of our meals in the home and the weather was nice enough that we were able to sit out on the back deck for meals and visiting. Home owner, Curtis, was responsive and helpful. Nice TVs in 2 bedrooms and family room is always good when guests spent a lot time in the home like we did. The home is nicely remodeled with nice furnishings and decor. Home was clean, there were cleaning products on hand, and wireless internet worked well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed nice towels (nice towels is something I appreciate). The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The only comment about the kitchen is all the knives were extremely dull (I which I would have brought my own knives from home) and I couldn't find a vegetable peeler (there may have been one and I just couldn't see it). We were going to take light rail into Seattle Key Arena but the light rail station was a little too far for us to walk and parking isn't easy at the light rail station. Also, light rail doesn't go all the way into Key Arena so we ended up getting an Uber into the city. This home is in a pretty nice older neighborhood. We went for several walks with our dogs; neighbors were friendly and we felt safe. The back yard water full wasn't working; that would have been nice since we spent so much time outside; but it was very private and "green"; we felt like we were in a mini forest. If you want the down-town Seattle experience, this home may not be very convenient; however, if you're looking for a dog-friendly home with lots of space for friends and family to spread out, and feel like you're in a home, not a hotel, I would recommend this home.
