INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Sometimes I'll check-in or some "Italy is a dream" colleague. But in any case you will have all the information for a fantastic stay in Rome!
Guests who book a stay in this apartment will have to sign a tourist lease on arrival and bring a copy of their IDENTITY DOCUMENT and all other guests (alternatively we can scan them with the smartphone).
ATTENTION to the cost of the rent must add an ADDITIONAL COST of 60 euros for FINAL CLEANING AND LAUNDRY to be paid in cash upon arrival.
The apartment is located in a small and quiet building. Have respect for the neighbors. Parties are not allowed.
This apartment is really well located: it is in a quiet street, in an elegant and well-frequented district of Rome, but behind Viale Trastevere. So it allows you to stay in a very quiet area from which you can reach in a few minutes the most touristy area of Trastevere, but often too noisy at night. From Viale Trastevere there is the tram 8 which takes you to the main square of Torre Argentina and Piazza Venezia, then in the heart of the historical center, close to the Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali.
It is suitable for both tourist and business stays: it is in fact close to the Roma Trastevere station from where the train that reaches Fiumicino airport passes and passes through the Muratella station, where there are the offices of international organizations, plus the train you can easily reach the Fiera di Roma, where important exhibitions and congresses are held. The apartment is also very close to the San Camillo-Forlanini hospital and therefore suitable both for relatives of patients who want to assist their loved ones, and for those who want to take a specialization course.
