Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Can walk to the brewery and local restaurants. Not ski in / ski out, but then again, nothing in June Lake is.
We skied and boarded both Mammoth and June Mountain. We liked June Mountain better because it was way less crowded and a lot less expensive. Kids under 12 skied for free as well, which was a $89 difference per kid.
Our friends stayed at a really high end chalet about the same distance from June Mountain as this location, but on the other side of the resort. They had to drive to dinner and the brewery. We just walked from this location. We will return.
It was exactly as described
I thought it was a cute little cabin. Very clean, inviting and close to June Mountain ski resort. We we're there for the sole purpose of skiing and the cabin made for a delight home base.
Perfect for the price! Everything you need, close to June mountain.
This place was a good location.they had everything ready for us. Driveway was plowed, house was neat and cozy. The contact person was easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommended for price and location.
Cozy June Mountain
Great little place with everything we needed. Close to the slopes, fishing and an easy walk to the brewery to end the day :)
Nice getaway without paying a fortune
Not fancy but very functional. Our family of four enjoyed our holiday getaway without the crowds, and would definitely return. We knew going into it that it the place was not new or fancy, but it worked great for us. The market, brewery and lake hikes were all steps away. Everyone in June Lake was very friendly. And it was only a half hour to Mammoth skiing. Only downside was the wifi never connected and our downstairs tenants loved to smoke and didn't have a regard to where their smoke was drifting. The lack of wifi forced us to get offline for the week, so that wasn't so bad.
Great town nice people
Looking forward to doing it again
