The White Coral Studio offers an ample, bright space with a queen size bed that is perfect for a couple’s getaway. The natural light from the windows make the White Coral Studio feel open and airy. A console table with 2 stools allows for working on vacation, or for a bowl of cereal with coffee for those lazy mornings at the beach.

Located in the Villages of South Walton, you can enjoy access to our newly renovated zero entry pool as well as additional lap pool and hot tub. Call the beach tram for a complimentary ride to the beach when you’re ready to enjoy the pure white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Want to grab a bite to eat? There are several restaurants within walking distance including the newly completed open huts with shops and restaurants that are surrounded by the grass-covered commons area. Each brightly colored, gabled unit is easily identified and inviting for both regular customers and newcomers alike. From sunglasses to souvenirs, hop into one of these kiosks to find just the right thing.
Rosemary & Alys Beach are a bike ride away and both have a variety of restaurants and dessert shops that we all recommend!

We were in town for a wedding! The unit was perfect. Great Location, the unit was decorated nice and fresh! Could and bed both comfy. It was great!

Couples getaway

Seacrest beach was beautiful, and close to everything. Condo was clean and nice. A little busier than expected but enjoyed our stay.

Well located for shops and activities at Rosemary Beach

We only made a day trip and did not stay the night after a personal event prevented us from staying. The condo is a little hard to find with just the address and parking provided is public and wide open to shoppers and locals. We attempted to work with the property owner on new dates discounted while keeping our payment for this trip and they were not flexible, even 6 months out into off season since we are local attending a friends wedding. The condo area is busy with lots of hustle and bustle outside and inside the building but the room itself is nice and cool and near beach access. “Bikes provided” was unclear as the stairwell has a random stash of bikes that may or may not be operative/serviceable condition. Overall average accommodation and a local hotel may be an upgrade cost depending.

Unit is nice but the building isn’t

Unfortunately the building and check in process was terrible. Had to call VRBO directly to get into the unit. The unit is nice but the building housing it is run down. The week we were there was Georgia’s spring break which made our overall experience pretty bad as it wasn’t relaxing
