The location is unbeatable. It really is central to everything on island and on Seven Mile Beach. There are very few one bedroom apartments available on the beach and with its proximity to Camana Bay, the location is truly amazing. The unit has been occupied by a long-term tenant through until the end of October 2016 and we look forward to welcoming our first guests from November 2016 onwards. We have had such good interest since making it available.
What makes this Apartment unique
As this is our first tourism rental season and rentals only start in November, we haven't been able to receive any reviews as yet. Comfortable, clean lodging
I rented this unit to have a few days on the beach. From your photo, it looked like I would enjoy a full size, reclining lounge chair and umbrella. I was disappointed with the beach accommodation. For two days your beachfront was completely occupied by cruise ship passengers lying on towels with no space for our chairs. The condo accommodations are good and the unit is very clean. Your process is very organized too.

Great location, clean, basically on the beach
We stayed at Greg’s for 8 days and 7 nights. The condo is in a great location- within walking distance to many bars and restaurants and right next door to Royal Palms Beach Club. The beach is a 20 second walk away. The condo is very clean, with clean towels that even smell like laundry detergent. It’s clear that the property is very well maintained. Greg met us right when we arrived to say hello and make sure everything was in order for our stay. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is located in the most popular area of the world famous Seven Mile Beach, adjacent to the Royal Palms beach bar and restaurant and a short 5 walk to the Camana Bay town centre which includes many fantastic restaurants, bars, shops, cinema and other entertainment. Conveniently located on West Bay road, which is on the public bus route.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept credit card payments through HomeAway payments or alternatively can receive checks or international bank transfers. Booking is only confirmed on receipt of the initial payment.
