Lots of space with 2550 sq ft. Excellent lake view seeing Crane's Mill Marina on the covered front balcony and walking distance to County Boat ramp #8. Walk is a little over half a mile with hills. Neighborhood has a small park. Home has a large landscaped backyard with carpet grass, Rainbow Play System, deck, and several picnic tables. There is also a back lot and a half that provides fenced in parking great for boats, firepit/bbq grill, swing, and good space for outside entertainment. Large oak trees throughout property, carport in the front of the house. A canyon lake retreat indeed.

The Perfect Venue for our Family
This property is everything you would hope: clean, well-organized, spacious, and beautiful. We recently had several family members, (four couples and a child,) from different parts of the country meet there for Easter. Each couple had its own bedroom and with three bathrooms, there were no problems. We all loved drinking coffee on the front deck overlooking the Lake, and some of us sharpened our billiard skills downstairs during the afternoons. The home is close to everything we wanted to experience: Gruene and the Guadalupe River, the Natural Bridge Caverns, and of course San Antonio's exciting places. Parking was not a problem for our three vehicles, and the beautiful backyard and deck were ideal for Easter egg hunting and steak grilling. We had a ball and everyone loved this home! Thanks to Tracey for her easy availability and willingness to accommodate our party. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome will stay again
Plenty of room for everyone in our party and very kid friendly. They had baby gates for the stairs and a closet with puzzles, movies, table and chairs for the kids, playground and sand box in the back yard. Back yard has lots of space for blow up pools and outdoor games etc. The kids were in awe to see all the deer in the area.

We spent most of our time on the front deck. The backyard was amazing, too. Our kids loved seeing all the wildlife and going fishing off the pier near Mills Crane Park. The beds were comfortable! The A/C was cold! Everything was clean! Perfect house to relax and get away.

Great house and location
Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of space for everyone, and we especially loved the view of the lake. Morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the lake was a great start to each day. You can easily walk down to a boat launch to see the water, or take a short drive to a park to spend more time lakeside (we had to drive a bit farther because not all the day use parks are open before April 1, but that was an oversight on our part). Tracey was more than willing to answer any questions we had, although everything about the house was pretty straightforward and easy to just drive up to and relax. We would all stay here again!

Enjoy tubing in Sattler at the Horseshoe float about 10 minutes away. Great library in Sattler. Groceries close by as well as local restaurants. The neighborhood provides a great walk and biking area - bring your own fun. The lake offers so much with boat rentals nearby as well as campsites/parks, hiking, bicycling trails, wineries and horseback riding trails close by. Central location to San Antonio, Austin, and New Braunfels for endless fun.
